The rule that children in school need photographic id and that a passport cannot be used as proof of age or id is ridiculous and doesn't make sense.

Every time that we traveled the coach was freezing with the aircon. Otherwise no issues..

The sound on the speaker system was very poor. I was in the front of the bus and had a vague idea what he said.. the people at the back were complaining that they didn't hear and had no idea what was said. It was muffled and low volume. The driver wasn't your usual helpful man, possibly it was the end of his shift. I hadn't booked as I wasn't sure what flight arrival time was. I just waited at the arrivals area, and was told 10 mins wait. Sincerely Phyl Kelleher

Was a great service but finishes too early in the evening now. It’s also gone very expensive. It’s great to get to and from greystones/Dublin airport if your times coincide. But only every two hours and finishing so early in the evening it rarely does.

Your service to and from Dublin airport is very good — the driver we had was unfriendly and rude.

Generally good but poor signage at bus stops in cork and Dublin. No sign at old departure point in cork, when it was moved, missed coach but was accommodated on next one.

The only problem with my latest journey (7/9/22) which departed Dublin around 1.30am, the aircon was on full blast and couldn't be adjusted overhead. It was freezing which made the journey not as pleasant as usual. This affected other passengers too.

Bus was on time and very clean. The driver coming from Dublin to Cork didnt help passengers with their luggage. The space under the bus is awkward to access for some people and he just stood watching, I thought he should assist with this process. Thank you

I have used the air coach on many occasions and it has been on time to the minute. On this occasion Sat 17th Sept 5 pm service from Dublin airport was approx 25 mins late. Some electronic signage at the pick up /drop off point giving an update would be very useful. Came for Zurich and would love our place to be as good as theirs. Ta

Great fast service, on time. But please turn off the airco now. It was freezing. Most people were sitting with their coats zipped up and their hoods up. Cold air blasting out the whole way. And my USB charging point didn't work.

Need to revert to hourly service (if not already) as 2hrs either leaves customers to Airport too early or too late. Last Aircoach I was on, none of your USB plugs worked which was frustrating as no charging option for 1hr 10mins journey. Also there was no seatbelt?! The route of Killiney Castle via Docks is far too long with zero pick ups every time in Docks. Why include locations and stops where no passengers use? Even if just 1 passenger, you're dragging a coach thru town in traffic for 1 person. Surely by now, you have the data to prove this fact. Reinstate that journey back to over Eastlink and straight to tunnel bypassing Docks. A passenger can join at 3 Arena.

The service is hampered by the reduction in the frequency of buses especially on the Dublin/Belfast route. The result is too many people trying to get a seat. Online booking is not easy or available to everybody. This is frustrating and totally avoidable . No one wants to experience a scrum at boarding after enduring a Trans Atlantic flight.
