“Bus was a bit grubby, but ran on time according to schedule”

“The only thing I didn’t like was there was no order. After bus came in it was a free for all. I had 3 heavy suitcases and I couldn’t get through to put them in. When I did, I really struggled to get them in and hit my head after I stood up. The bus was full by the time I got on so I couldn’t sit with my daughter. Once on though it was fine. I think you should think about having a better boarding system”

“Excellent service and all but please consider and express bus from Dublin airport to cork...the stop off in Dublin city centre is a killer and adds about an hour onto the journey.”

“I booked the 1330 bus knowing if we arrived early we could get on the 1230, but were told at the ticketing window there wasn’t a 1230 704 bus (which was not true). The 1330 bus was 15 mins late and did not have Wi-Fi.”

“Coach was extremely busy and very difficult to get all of the passengers’ luggage in the luggage compartment which was compounded by the fact the the luggage compartment doors were only opened on one side of the bus”

“Aitcoach is a great reliable service but last time it was just so packed with too many people . Hot and no room, nothing like my previous experiences. The staff are lovely but if you sitting between large people they take all the room, I felt very unwell at times due to the heat . Karin”

“It was pouring rain when I queued to get on the bus sunday 4th of september morning. As the shelter was too small, most of us were totally soaked. Either the drive could have let us all in and check the tickets inside or you may allocate budget to extend that shelter for your customers... Thank you.”
