“First trip was very good going to Dublin - nice bus & helpful driver. Return trip was a replacement bus - no toilet but driver was excellent. Second trip very good going to Dublin- good bus and driver. Return trip was poor. The bus was old and worn and the driver was aggressive and rude.”

“Seating slightly cramped with poor WiFi but having a toilet and a good driver definitely improved to improve experience on the way back from Dublin , on the way to was a slightly slower driver aswell though”

“Bus to Dublin was good. Return journey back to Cork - didn't seem to be air conditioning on the coach, and air quality didn't seem to be good.”

“Easy enough finding the bus stop on belfast to head to Dublin. Journey down was fine, coming back not so good. It would be better and more comfortable for the passengers if you had a toilet onboard. It’s a long bus journey to not have access to any toilets”

“Pleasant driver, comfortable coach. The bus arrived late( O'Connell Street direction airport) and was full, moments of inquiet though I had bought my ticket online! An update about possible delay (by messagerie) could allay fears?”

“No problem with the service but it took me two hours to book a ticket. Found the website not user- friendly enough for someone my age (77) I tried to book by phone without success.”

“Though once you’re on an air coach it’s great, it seems that the frequency of the line I use is not good anymore. I ended up taking a taxi on my return journey to the airport hotel. And on the way into Dublin I have to walk for nearly 3 kilometers as again my bus wasn’t going to leave the airport for over an hour and a half. I had bought a ticket online with my flight. Next time I’ll probably just a book a taxi”

“My only criticism with the bus was that it was too warm. The driver did activate the air conditioning but it took two hours for it to become comfortable. Besides that, the service was good.”

“I missed my bus - by 5 days - but thought that by buying the Flexi option I was still able to change rather than being a no-show. A bit disappointing that there was no flexibility though I'm a regular customer. Still at least the response was quick.”

“This was our first time using Aircoach, and I'm conflicted. The price was right, but our coach was almost 40 minutes late with no explanation, & the bus driver was surly and provided no assistance with the luggage, which became a real mess because the coach was so full. The real time tracking through the aircoach website at least let us know our status, but compared to Dublin Express, which we had used the time before to get to the airport, this service fell short.”
