Before we left Cork on the 13th September at 11pm, the driver said that the toilet was not working due to technical difficulties. It is a 3.5hr trip and toilet facilities should be available. On my he way to Dublin, before Portlaoise, the driver pulled the bus into the hard shoulder, stopped, stated that he needed to stretch his legs and went outside clearly to have a cigarette as he could be seen doing so and there was a very strong cigarette smell when he re-entered the bus. This is dangerous and unsafe and should not occur. I felt unsafe and would try not to use the Aircoach service again sue to this.

Driver could’ve been more polite and nicer. Good value though,

There should be a more frequent service and people are not taking it because they think it is very infrequent.

Journey was fine except for heat don't think air conditioning was on felt like it was blowing hot air. Other than that no complaints.

It's hard to find where the bus stops. I want the time display.

Please allow seat reservations. We arrived 15 minutes early and single passengers had taken up all the seats. My husband had a pleasant person sitting next to him. Unfortunately, the person I sat next to stunk. It was a very long 2 hours. Seat reservations would have allowed me to reserve a seat next to my husband.

Only used for travel to airport as the wait on arrival in Dublin far too long. Aircoach should be running every hour to accommodate arriving passengers. Travel to airport was 1 1/2 hours which seemed excessively long.

If the bus is full you do not put on another one and then you miss your flight. This is very bad.

The coach was very warm and stuffy. There was no ventilation coming through and we had to take off our mask halfway through the trip to breathe a little. The driver set us down without knowing where the stand was for our airport hotel collection point.

No assistance with luggage. Had to load and unload suitcase. Anyone could lift your suitcase as no one watching. No service on coach. Seats comfortable. Journey smooth. At Dublin airport a bit confusing as no dedicated stop so unsure where to queue for coach.

Too infrequent service on the 702 Greystones route, in both directions. Last trip out on the Leopardstown service heard the driver being gruff and abrupt with passengers.

I have always enjoyed using Aircoach, however of late (assuming Covid & Ukraine war) services have been curtailed. We arrived at the airport from Rhodes last Tuesday 20th Sept around 11:30pm and the last bus to Killiney left which meant we could only either get the Aircoach to Leopardstown meaning we had to get a taxi from there or to get a taxi directly. It would be great to see a more frequent service again. Other than that we love Aircoach.
