“I use Aircoach regularly between Cork and Dublin Airport and really like it. Lately the air conditioning has often been way too cold and some drivers play their favorite radio station much too loud. I‘m very happy with the punctuality and I always feel safe with the good drivers.”

“Gets you from point A to point B for a good price. Seats aren't the most comfortable if you are tall as they have side head rests. Also no toilet facilities on board any of the buses”

“Not enough services, often incapable of taking all the booked passengers. Needs more regular services at times of demand (nighttime, Sunday morning etc).”

“Aircoach works great Hoever the timetables are not good these days and we have had to use other services as they are not compatible with the flights anymore Please extend the services to South Dublin”

“The service is good all be it that the Greystones service now only operates every second hour and finishes with the last service at 8pm from the airport. There is a wave of flights that arrive from 10-11pm and there’s no service to accommodate these flights.”

“I wasn’t clear that I won’t get a place on a bus when I buy a open ticket at the app. So I had to wait for two hours and buy an extra ticket.”

“Lovely coach ride to Maynooth but disappointed that there was no flexibility with our tickets, we did not purchase flexi tickets but a little understanding on your part would go a long way for customer service”

“Le chauffeur était pressé et répondait très brièvement à nos questions. Le terminal une fois arrivé à l’aéroport est très mal indiqué, nous ne savons pas où nous descendons. Sinon, le confort du bus est appréciable.”

“My experiance was good. Although I did observe some unnecessary rudeness towards other passengers at Dublin airport. The person who was scanning the tickets was quite rude to some people who did not fully understand the situation. They made no effort to try and clearly and respectfully explain how the air coach system works to people who had missed their previous bus. Some of these people did not speak fluent English and I don't think they should be treated rudely as a result.”

“Hello! I was not in a rush on my journey but I have driven the route in my car many times and 4 hours is not an efficient time to complete it. Google maps showed we were moving at average 90/95 km p/h on a 120 km p/h motorway. If I can avoid the bus in future, I will.”

“The app should be better designed to get into without have to continually validate at the website. Prepurchased tickets should be available offline. Would be good to store home location or stop and get the next available bus to and from there with any easy ticket purchase, including up to the minute purchase. Better integration with google maps would be great too”

“The bus itself was great and a very convenient way to travel. Our flight was delayed so arrived later than the time on the precooked ticket - the guy in the booth near the bus stop was very unhelpful and didn't offer any assistance or advice when asked what I needed to do. With a disabled guest needing to get to the city centre in tbe pouring down rain to just have a shoulder shrug and then told to just wait around and see what the buses say isn't very helpful. I'd of been willing to buy another ticket if that was the advice but was given nothing and then they started to talk to someone else over us. Drivers were great- had an issue when we got on the bus that the ticket that hadn't been used was saying it had been but they were lovely and helped. Return journey to the airport the driver was very helpful to the disabled guest with assistance getting on and off the bus.”

“Coach was very comfortable but driver could have been friendlier. Was that happy when asked to put large suitcase in baggage area as my husband had a bad back due to a recent fall. Overall very important service to have.”

“The first time I took Aircoach from Galway to Cork, It was perfect all the ways. The second time, few days later, for Cork to Dublin airport, I think that I had chosen the wrong company to did that trip!”
