The bus driver driving at 01:30 with the line 700 from Dublin Airport to Dublin City Centre was first of all super unfriendly and secondly late. I love taking the Aircoach normally but this time it really was not a good experience.

The service in general is great but what a shame that one English driver with a cowboy hat spends so much of his energy being so totally unpleasant; august 5, bus 700 to leopardstown circa 2 pm. I’ve never seen a man so dismissive and who went so far to out of his way to mock the mock or take advantage of the faltering English or foreigners . This from a Dubliners who had no problem but was ashamed of the driver’s attitude to foreigners.

The Aircoach buses and service appear generally excellent. I rode from Galway to Maynooth. Alas, the bus was 1.3 hours late to Maynooth due to some traffic near Athlone in which we sat for more than an hour. Advanced planning by Aircoach—using Waze or the like—would readily have saved a lot of time. Had I been using Aircoach to get to DUB for a flight, I feel like I might have missed the flight. There did not seem to be a lot of concern by Aircoach about this failure.

Our outward journey to Galway was not the best, given that for the entire 3 hours of the journey, the onboard toilet was locked (not in use. Just impossible to open) despite numerous attempts to inform the driver, I was just fobbed off and left the coach in Galway, desperately needing the toilet. Apart from that, the journey was timely and fine. Our return journey was also fine, with the exception that on a very hot day, the driver had decided to put the heating on instead of the air-con and it was quite an no unpleasant journey in that regard. He was very friendly and helpful however. All in all, traveling with air coach was fine but these small things could have made a huge difference.

The supervisor was very rude to passengers waiting outside I had a ticket from T2 Dublin airport but he said he wasn’t allowed to lift passengers from T2. He made me walk to T1 with a suitcase and cabin bag. Yet an Arr Lingus Attendant was allowed to board from T2. When I entered the bus at T1, I went to sit in 1st seat… he said that is not allowed and directed me to go towards the back. I found a seat on second seat. He then let a white wiman sit next to him.

The bus is on time, clean and on schedule so no issues there. The prices are decent too. Things to be improved: 1. The WiFi doesn't seem to connect for the last 4 travels. It would be good to have a speedy WIFI working to make the travel easier. 2. It would be good to have mobile holder behind the seats to hold the mobile phones since it strains the neck and hands to hold the mobile phone throughout the journey while watching Netflix or YouTube. 3. The seats design is really painful and sprains my neck everytime I decide to sleep on my journey. If you could do something around the neck cushioning, it would really be a top class travel I know you will take another decade to implement any of these, so I have probably wasted 8 mins of my life typing this out. But this is a general complaint I have heard from ppl travelling with aircoach so it would be nice of you to implement these if you really listen to your customer's. Have a nice Day

We had to wait 5 1/2 hours to catch a bus from the airport and that was booked ahead. The buses were all fully booked. Perhaps more are needed.

July 24 2022, bus 17:30 Belfast to Dublin, service 705X. Just before departure the bus driver reminded us that the terms and conditions specify that the seats of those who don't arrive 10 minutes before the departure will be released. Surprisingly, 3 people who arrived at the last minute were given the front seats, which are reserved for disabled people. With this we understand that: i) arriving late is a disability; ii) if you arrive late you'll be rewarded with the front seats, which are more spacious. This isn't fair at all. Air conditioning annoyingly noisy the whole journey. In favour I can say that the bus set out and arrived punctually.

I regularly travel on the Belfast to Dublin Airport route and I have had no punctuality problems so far, and the drivers are generally first class (although some could be a bit more pleasant). Prior to the pandemic, before 07:00, there were buses leaving Belfast on an hourly basis - please arrange for this to happen again. There is clearly a demand as the buses are packed every time I use them and airline timetables are normalising too. It would allow people travelling from Belfast a greater opportunity to make their flight and have as stress-free a journey as possible. Working WiFi onboard would be appreciated too. Have to say though, the service being provided is critical, so well done to all involved.

Overall I have always found the service good. One failing I would point out and would like a reason for, is that there is no bus from Dublin airport between 11pm and 2am this more or less rules out quite a number of flights landing say at 23:30. As usual options for Belfast travellers further limited unless you fancy a 2hr wait after an already long day travelling.

Good coaches, fair prices and a better service than Translink but since they have reduced the service to every 2 hours instead of hourly, its almost impossible to book a seat and if you can book a seat the bus is completely crowded. Aircoach needs to increase their services to hourly at least during the day period

Good fast service but not enough buses from Belfast. They book up far too quickly. I tried to book over 2 wks in advance for a night bus to the airport but no joy. V disappointing.

Game of 2 halves... 1st. Journey from Dublin Airport to Dublin centre, bus very busy and not clear whether we would get on but driver very helpful, did a headcount, said he could fit us on and we bought tickets at the ticket booth - perfect! 2nd. Return journey back to airport. Thought would get ahead of the game and went online late at night to book ticket for next morning. Went through entire process (as Guest) only to find after payment that must "PRINT OUT TICKET" for journey. Not possible as in a hotel late at night so why not mention that AT THE BEGINNING not the end of the online sale process? Better still, how about move in the 21st Century and cater for digital bookings/tickets? Will be having an interesting discussion with the driver in the morning....

Gets the job done, but quality has dropped significantly since pre-covid, Wi-Fi and sockets haven’t worked on the last few I’ve taken this year and the 702 route is almost useless now with it only being every 2 hours and stopping at 8. I’ve been on 6 flights this year and the 702 has never suited my trip…

Efficient and comfortable. Might be improved by offering individuals the option to reserve seats.

I got the coach at 3a m. I printed ticket but it wouldn’t scan as other tickets also. This delayed departure for a few minutes. It was very busy at that time in morning, nearly every stop someone was waiting. The driver was perhaps under pressure, he was frustrated with people not having the correct ticket on their phone. Some passengers were very upset as they had flights to catch. One girl eventually did have correct ticket but the driver told her she had to get off as the bus was full. For the second time she was in tears. Perhaps these travellers could be reassured that another bus will follow soon.

Coach ride fine and driver friendly. 4 out of 5 for them. The app is total pudding, useless. You do not even get an email that includes your ticket number. So when I activated my ticket the timer (in app) kept spinning bit didn't activate. Fortunately, the driver was understanding but he did say I should have a ticket number. But the thing is for some inexplicable reason the receipt does not include it. The app gets 1 star and I'm being generous. Also in app there is a place to contact customer service, I gave all details Really it was a waste of time and nobody bothered to contact me. So driver and trip 4/5, the app 1 star and non existent customer service gets Zero.
