“Bathrooms on board cost money!! That is dumb.”

“Bus was very late. (20ish minutes.) After seeing other reviews where tickets are given away if travellers are not 10 minutes early this seemed very unfair. Bus was provided by a third party and filthy. On a positive note the wifi worked and the chargers did too.”

“The coach was fine however I paid extra for flexi I was early enough however the bus driver would not let me on I do believe he had room for 1 person. I had traveled for 23hrs and was exhausted. I broke down in tears he didn’t seem to care. So I am not pleased I am a 62 years of age this didn’t seem to matter.”

“Mybooked bus did not appear so I had to wait 30 minutes. Luckily I had allowed plenty of time to get to the airport. The service itself was fine.”

“The driver was having a really bad day and he was not pleasant at all. Giving out to all the passengers... first time I've seen something like that, though. That's why i decided to review.”

“The last departure of the day from Cork makes it possible to be at the Dublin airport in time for early flights out. The bus I was on did not have charging ports, which are promised on the website. The window also leaked substantially when going through heavy rain, so for the last hour of the trip, I had to try and protect myself from the constant dripping from above.”

“My driver was very polite and helpful, but when a passenger who was either an employee or someone he knew exited on Dolier street, we were stopped for around 10 minutes while the two had an extended chat. I really found this unacceptable as I was on a schedule to make connecting buses. Also, why is the rest of your form for a delivery service? Maybe update it.”

“The service from Dublin to Galway was great. But Galway to Dublin was freezing cold for the first half of the journey, as the air conditioning was on. It was a early morning journey with only 3/4 ppl on the bus until Athlone.”

“Hi, my flight was delayed. My tkt said I could only travel atbthe time I booked unless I paod extra for the flexi fare. However before booking I remember a message saying tkts are valid 12 hours on both side. What does it mean? I think that's confusing for travellers.”

“I purchased 12.15pm ticket online and I went to bus station before 12 noon however the bus only arrive at bus station at 12.31. Punctuality is key factor for bus directly to Airport since people have schedule flight to catch. Otherwise ppl rather choice public transport to airport .”
