Directions say to show up 10 min early, not sure why as no one is at the stop measuring when you get there. Price seemed like a good value. Pick up was 20 min late but arrival was only off by 10 or so. You get what you pay for

The coach journey was quick and good value. We were however expecting a bus at 10 pm which did not arrive and no information. We got the bus at 11 pm which was the last bus and if we had missed it we would have had to wait until the morning

buses departecery 2h on such a busy route and are overbooked, this is ridiculous. drivers sometimes very unfriendly and not helpful. buses clean and conformable.

The coach is efficient and at a good price point. leg room however is tight, although this is expected on public transport it appears that there is enough demand for an additional coach at peak times which would make travelling alot more comfortable.

The new bus stop in Cork is difficult and problematic for customers in terms of driving there and being picked up.

The air coach was 20-25 minutes late and when it arrived many passengers assumed it was the next one that was due. We spent 10 minutes at the stop while the bus driver explained to these passengers that they were booked on the bus due shortly. This was replicated at the next stop. You should bring in a tracker for the buses on your website. Very frustrating to keep standing and waiting for a bus to arrive especially with the delays in Dublin airport at the moment people can’t afford to be delayed for so long in getting there. I would advise people to leave plenty of time when booking the air coach to allow for it being late to stops.

The driver did not stop at my destination and I had to walk an extra 20 minutes back with all my luggage to where I needed to stop.

It isn't easy to find the right directions and destinations from the airport to our B&B as a foreigner. Transport by taxi was also needed after the final busstop for the last 12 km, afterwards we could get closer to it.

Quite pricey if you travel as a family. 2 adults + 2 children cost us €30 - for that price we could have used a taxi... :-/ Also we left something on the (last) bus, reported it almost immediately - no reply whatsoever. Well... No the best experience I must admit.

The interior of the bus was run down. The TV with the stops wasn't working. The driver was brusque, basically shouting at people,"where you want to go?". He shouted each stop as it approached which isn't a great system for tourists etc. He wasn't very good at giving advice about onward travel. Anyway you should fix the tv and the buttons to ask for a stop. Shouting is dickensian.

Service from Sandyford to the airport took 1.5hrs. Lots of people getting on without having their qr codes or the correct tickets. Overall took a lot longer than expected.

No coaches available in the afternoon going to Leopardstown, what a joke. Landed at 4pm in Dublin airport and had to wait until 7pm to get a coach to Clayton Hotel in Leopardstown.

Bus was in time but was roasting hot and didn’t appear to have any air conditioning on, when bus pulled up driver stood back and didn’t help unload the bags which meant people were scrambling to pull the bags out.
