“Boarding area at the airport a bit chaotic.”

“Found the service OK but the difference between the Belfast to Dublin and the return journey was very different. The driver from Belfast spoke on the intercom for about 10minutes about everything from reclining the seats to connecting to the WiFi. The trip from Dublin was very different. There was a very angry man checking the tickets and lining people up before the coach arrived. He then proceeded to be very rude to a lady in front of me who had mistakenly taken her luggage on-board. No comms from driver and was unfortunate there was someone with a mobile that kept bleeping for the entire 2hour journey.”

“Bus was full and tourists were asking the driver when the next bus would be and the driver was rude to them. I had to step in an explain to them what the situation was.”

“The bus was either too hot or too cold and you might as well not bother with the usb ports as they didn't charge my phone infact I was only reading articles while plugged in and I was loosing power.????? I was never informed when booking that we would be going through Dublin city and all of the evening traffic, stop/starting etc. Had I known this I would have waited for the next bus.We all felt nauseous during the bus journey.”

“Good service in general but on buses or trains in almost every other country, there is a clear automated voice telling passengers what the next stop is. Not a bus drivers' muffled voice shouting down the back of the bus. Some American tourists didn't understand a word he was saying and I had to help them or they would have missed their stop.”

“the onward driver was terrible he kept drifting over the white lines and into the hard shoulder I had my grandchildren with me and was very concerned. The return journey was very good. Very efficient company pity about the onward journey”

“The bus was nice and clean; however it was delayed from the time it was supposed to depart and there was a passenger on the back smoking, who made the whole bust stinch. The bus driver did not say anything and he also allow people without reservations to enter the bus before those with tickets. Regarding the Aircoach site, it was easy to use and obtain my QR ticket right away.”

“The drive from Belfast to Dublin Airport was really good. However, the bus was parked outside,on the street,not under any roof like before and it was raining hard. I’m almost 80 years old and had to lift heavy luggage into the hold of the bus by myself while the driver just sat in the bus. Then, on arrival at Dublin Airport it was very hard to get my luggage out, having to actually crawl right inside the hold, moving numerous suitcases out of the way to eventually find my own,again while the driver stood and watched and not offering any help at all. There’s got to be a better system. Thanks”

“Difficult to find departure location at Dublin Airport. No CLEAR signage. Only sign of Cork station covered by pay_booth stand. Staff excellent and careful drivers. What below are these questions for ????no goods only humans delivered”
