Coach was hot and stuffy. Driver seemed indifferent

Our driver has been with you for 20 years, I believe, and definitely speaks bluntly. I am not happy with how everything turned out, as when booking hotel, transportation was to be included and 24/7, which was not the case AND falsely advertised by the sign still up at hotel offering 24/7 service. Because 9f this, we were going to have to take the last coach of the night, pay for our room and not even get to stay there OR pay for another type of transportation. However, I was able to change our flight, due to a delay, and was able to purchase tickets for the early departure.

No complaints about the coach or service. Our coach trip was the final leg or a long haul journey. Our trip on the coach coincided with the day after a Garth Brooks gig in Dublin. 2 of the passengers were clearly drunk and we were told had been very disruptive from Dublin City Centre to Dublin Airport Term 1. At Terminal 2 a supervisor boarded the bus and moved the disruptive passengers to the rear of the coach to prevent further distraction to the driver. This was to the detriment of all those at the back of the coach. The passengers should have been removed in consideration of the entire coach. It's a real shame that tourists arriving in the country could be heard at the end of the journey complaining that this was their first taste of Ireland/Northern Ireland.

Nothing bad to say except that on night rides it's very cold as the ac is on.

I was happy with the coach, but not the toilet. The toilets need regular cleaning on the long trips between Galway and Dublin.

I Would Be Much Better If There Was A Toilet On Board

The booking system should be brought to 21st century. Very old fashioned these days. Drivers are nice in general. No point to issue ticket with QR codes if the bus driver asks you for your name anyway as he is not able to scan the code.

The bus driver should not have told people that the chairs were recliners. The back of their chair was on my knees. In an emergency I would not have got out.

I had booked ticket online using aircoach website, however just before boarding the bus the driver told that ticket is invalid. I didn't receive any communication regarding the same, one month later I got refund, but this is a worst customer experience. Journey itself was comfortable and bus driver was on time.

The service is fine but it is difficult to access clear information about coach stop locations and departure times. For example, the Stephen's Green stop is described as being on the corner of Kildare Street. Obviously this would be an impossible location. I was able to find the stop because I am from Dublin, but it must be very confusing for tourists.

First trip was very good going to Dublin - nice bus & helpful driver. Return trip was a replacement bus - no toilet but driver was excellent. Second trip very good going to Dublin- good bus and driver. Return trip was poor. The bus was old and worn and the driver was aggressive and rude.
