Driver was slightly rude. Almost crash with a car (it would have been the other car´s fault)

Even with a time-specified ticket it was hard to get on the bus, cause it was full.

Buses departures on time but ergonomic seats would be appreciated

The Aircoach is the only way I can get to the airport unless I get a very expensive. Overall it’s reliable however a more frequent service to Leopardstown and back is definitely needed as every time I’ve got it this year, it’s been full. Charging points are also needed if it’s to be the Luxury service that it calls itself.

There are too many stops from Leopardstown to the Airport, taking more time to reach. Any efforts towards getting us faster to-and-from the airport would be beneficial.

Air coach was on time and got me to the airport quickly so in terms of doing what they should do, they were perfect. Their drivers can be much friendlier though. There were a group of 10 people waiting on an aircoach around 5.15am two weeks ago. This is a fairly large number of people considering the size of the bus stop (adjacent Samuel Beckett bridge), and we nearly all had suitcases etc. What was so disappointing was the bus driver’s attitude towards his customers. He gave out to me who had preordered tickets for not “sticking my hand out” to stop the bus “as the bus would have drove on”. I was behind people so I couldn’t get to the front to stick out my hand. Given that the bus stop is only for your services and Dublin Express, I think any reasonable bus driver would acknowledge those people were in fact waiting for the bus. There was no need for the scolding.

Totally booked out coach seat leaked and journey was prolonged as it seemed traffic down to one lane ( I was in seat 8 right hand side)

Overall a good experience, except the fact that theres no way to track or receive updates on buses routed TO the airport. As I thought my buss wouldn't arrive, when it was more than 10mins late. Would be great if they can have a tracker system, for users to view where the bus is, as it is a flight people are cayching, not just to get to another point in town somewhere.

I was not happy waiting in the rain for a coach that was 20 minutes late.

Superb service ... however I sat in front seat on Mondah morning enroute to Dublin and driver moved me back down the bus ... for safety reasons ... then a girl got on and she was moved.... given the choice sit somewhere else of get off the bus in an aggressive manner which was ott. I'm 6 foot 3 so prefer the legroom even if just a choice it's not hugely important... but there was no logical rationale for thus or the manner in dealing with it ... On return today the driver and coordinator at DUB were super professional in every aspect ...

Smelly onboard toilet detracted from an otherwise pleasant experience.

Fair company, unbelievable website! Can you really imagine the chills down my spine when I realised that the portion of the page where i am supposed to enter my card details is a blasted pop-up, blocked by standard pop-up blockers??? And then I had to manually white-list it, to make the payment??? Surely, you can find a better undergraduate to do your site...

I can’t find the bus times going to the airport! Last time I used this service we had a woman driver and she was confrontational and dangerous.

There appears to be an ongoing problem with the contactless reader. It rejects cards randomly. My own card works perfectly everywhere else but not on the aircoach. This represents a huge and unpredictable difficulty in these days of people not using cash.

No as reliable or good as it used to be ! Takes cards but not if they are not contactless !! I had no cash ! A problem if you have security on card !

The service is not always reliable, in few occasions the buses did not show up and left people stranded without any communication or information. This is a big issue especially for people going to the airport.

The trip from Belfast to Dublin Airport in the early hours of 9th September was great. However, our plane was delayed coming back from Italy on 14th September. Therefore we missed the 2.00pm Aircoach back to Belfast, for which we had tickets booked. So we arrived at the Aircoach Bus Stop around 2.45. The guy driving the next coach (at around 3.00pm) was very dictatorial and very unhelpful. He raised his voice considerably when approached about our dilemma. He refused to speak until others had boarded. His attitude was not customer friendly. There was plenty of room eventually and we 3 were allowed to board. Then on the journey back, he had the cheek to ask us to give Aircoach a great review.
