I like this service because I have no other direct option to get from Dun Laoghiare to the airport:) But I'm disappointed with recent hour changes (every two hrs for 703). I wish the service was extended. I wish it didn't go via the city center to speed up the journey. I wish perhaps some drivers were a bit less grumpy:) - but perhaps they are disappointed too.

Our flight from Toronto to Dublin was on Wednesday 26 October so I booked Air Coach to Belfast for an early departure on that date. In doing so I completely overlooked that our flight was overnight and that I should have booked an early bus for the Thursday morning instead. Receiving this information from the driver was a shock but fortunately there were spaces on that bus and I was invited to pay for the new tickets (for my brother and me). That was absolutely fine, my fault, but I have previously been the beneficiary of some Air Coach flexibility and been allocated available spaces on the next bus having missed the previous one due to a late flight arrival. It was disappointing that this facility was not available on this occasion but fully appreciate that a policy of no-change is now in operation. Paul Acheson

The driver was excellent but it would be lovely to have help loading luggage into bus. The controls above head to adjust temperature didn’t appear to be working and seats are quite uncomfortable.

You may want to include a bathroom in the bus since they’re long rides

Driver didn’t help with luggage, had to crawl into undercarriage to push other luggage back to make room, banged my head on overhanging door on the way back out, bus should park in such a way that it’s possible to access or put luggage in on both sides

Waiting on the street near the Dublin Convention Center there are no signs on any post to let you know where the bus stops.

Both trips wifi didn’t work. The bus was stuffy so aircon should have been used and music would have been nice. The driver wasn’t helpful with bags at all.

Driver very friendly and willing give advise to arrange pick up at airport did not help to load or unload luugage. Wifi on the bus but no internet connection

People with no access to computers or smart phones at a disadvantage to booking tickets, especially travellers from overseas. Cannot book over the phone. A loss of business to Air coach. I am an example of this situation. Lucky my friend Eileen Loughins made the booking for me - a lot of trouble.

The experience with the bus journey was very good .. however one of the people in my party was unable to make the journey due to illness ….. I’m very disappointed that the charge was not refunded.

Charging money for more than 1 baggage doesn't make any sense when this bus service is specially for the Airport. I had a second bag hardly weighted around 4-5 kilos but still I was charged for it. Very disheartened with this policy and will make sure to go on with CityLink from now onwards. Also driver was not even a bit helpful in putting our heavy bag inside . She just lifted the trunk and rest it was all us doing the heavy life. We are not expecting that they should lift our bags but on human grounds they should come forward and give a helping hand instead of standing and watching

Had to wait 2 hours for a bus and everyone was coughing on the bus. I was the only person wearing a mask 😷

Good service but unfortunately the timetable is very limited, only operating every two hours to Bray and not operating at night. I do a lot of business travel and I would like to use the service more, but cannot due to the restricted timetable. This seems to be different from e.g. the Leopardstown service, which operates very frequently.
