Coach was late

There was no coach in Zone 16 at 9:30 pm so failure on that. No-one from Aircoach to help or inform or calm me down. The next coach had a broken ticket machine so we were left standing in the cold until common sense prevailed. The coach broke down at Red Cow. Don’t know why I gave you 3/5. Maybe because Red Cow was my stop and I eventually got there but 2/5 is closer

Service was great and on time, but my plans changed due to unforeseen circumstances, so I emailed Aircoach about using my return ticket on my new arrival date, to be told no, which is fine, but then when I was on the bus, there was several people presented tickets for other days that were all accepted so I was told unnecessarily to spend money on a brand new ticket, even though I already had one

It is way too hot with hot air coming up beside the window. There is no cold air from above you.

Way to hot. The driver could have turned it down. I had no drink with me and after getting to a shop I drank 2ltrs of water to hydrate myself. Maybe sell bottled water to customers. A slab or 2 of water wouldn't really take much space. And hugely beneficial to customers who missed busses etc. as it was during my case. Sorry for the rant 🤣

Great service but let down by failure to keep website up to date. Two current examples: 703 now runs every hour while website timetable shows it running every two hours; also website saying today (20th November) that clocks go back this weekend.

Used this coach service since it was first launched many years ago, but just the 702 from Greystones 2 hour gap is not suitable for travel. I just missed by 3 minutes, 16.10 on Monday,(due to baggage delay) and had to wait two hours at the airport for the 18.10, I tried to get the 700 to Stillorgan, the driver would not accept my online ticket as he said I could only used the ticket on the route booked. I am going to airport again week and again the timetable is not suitable. Please relook at this service as its a great facility, but needs to be more frequent.

For the first time this year while travelling abroad the Killiney route now only travels every two hours on the hour. The last bus finishes at 23.40pm. The Leopardstown service finishes a little later. Operating every half hour on the hour. Your website says services operate 24/7 but this is not the case for some services. When I came back from holiday the stairs leading to Zone 20 to catch my bus was not working. Should this be the case again, is there something that can be done so people can use an alternative stairs to get to Zone 20 in order for people to make their way from the Airport in order to make the next part of their journey home. Also is there a possibility that the last bus could be a little later ?

Hi, thanks for your review. If the escalators are out of use, there is a lift right next to them, or alternatively you could use the stairs/escalators/lift inside the terminal building and then cross the road using the Zebra crossing. Your feedback regarding later services will certainly be passed on to our operations team. Thanks, Aircoach Team.

I think it's such a shame, and very inconvenient, that the last bus from the airport to Greystones is at 22.05pm. This service used to run 24/7

Seats too erect to get comfortable. Not much leg room. TV screen a bit. annoying.Clock flashing in our faces. Not so warm. Difficulty finding the coach at Dublin airport. But arrival time good.

I regularly use air coach anytime I am travelling from Belfast to Dublin and would recommend their services. However, I have been very disappointed by the flexi tickets. Firstly, I understand that when it is busy, people with the ticket will get on first and I have no issue with that. Today I flew into Dublin at lunch time and missed my bus connect due to a delay, something I expect as a regular traveller, therefore I was glad I had a flexi ticket. When the driver was waiting for the bus he asked for my ticket and I explained it was flexi as I had missed the one I had booked. The driver put me in the ‘sin bin’ and regularly referred to customers who had a booking for that exact time to the ‘good line’. As a young girl travelling solo, it was rather embarrassing as it looked like the driver had to do me a favour by letting me on, almost like I hadn’t bought a ticket with flexi!! There weren’t many customers and when he finally let me on the bus was less than half full. The journey was fine but it would put me off buying a flexi ticket again. Please do better!

A very clean and reliable coach service. Not all drivers are happy to help with baggage.

The service is excellent but the timetable on the greystones route is extremely limited, with a long interval of 2 hours between departures travelling to the airport and nothing at all scheduled after 20:05 from the airport to greystones.

Generally speaking Aircoach run a great service however I have 2 issues with the service. The 702 schedule to Greystones running only every 2hrs inbound & outbound is not adequate at all. The second issues is with the last Outbound leaving Dublin Airport at 20:05!!! What’s that all about??? Doesn’t cater for late afternoon flights or possible delays!! Far to early to terminate service!! Please Review. Thanks in advance.

Very happy with service but although I understand that since the pandemic there must be less demand it ìs disappointing that there are no buses after 1. 15 am for several hours as our flight arrived back during this downtime .

Not frequent enough (every 2 hours) so only made sense in 1 direction, often does not make sense at all

Takes you from A to B, but with delays. The wifi onboard is very unstable and barely useful. Wished for better equipped seats (no pockets or space for a smaller bag) and longlegged will be unconfy.
