“No help financially when error made on travel date. Had family issue and had to pay twice as due to circumstances had to travel a day earlier. Not impressed with the attitude of help desk”

“The temperature inside the bus should be always the same for all trips (should be defined as default). Sometimes is too hot and sometimes is too cold. An established temperature of around 22/23C should be applied to all trips. The seats of the newer Mercedes buses are not comfortable. The header is too low (especially for taller people) and doesn't have lateral protections. Only some trips arrive on time lately.”

“Experience at ter2 was awful - no system for passengers queuing. Passengers skipping others to get on, no clarify about numbers of seats available . The guys was lovely working there but had no system in place to manage crowds - route in question was the 700”
