“I am very happy with the two air conditioners I purchased. Overall, the price was excellent, the products are great, and the installation was done very well. Though I do feel that the company could improve their communication and general admin procedures.”

“Reasonable price, got what I ordered, good communication. It was annoying to find I was charged $36 or so for whatever payment service I used - I think Google Pay? I looked carefully and it didn't say there was any charge for any of the payment methods. Once payment went through, there it was... Of course it was written deep in the terms and conditions but not in plain sight.”

“The unit was delivered on time but not very happy with the cost. They said that it had to be delivered form interstate. Then a guy turn up from Reece plumbing Wooloongabba. 30 mins from my home. Also the unit itself was expensive. They said they were the cheapest. I found a better deal much cheaper 10mins after placing payment with them. They would not match or refund.”

“Although it took a week longer than expected for the goods to be loaded onto the truck after I ordered them (which I put down to COVID-related staffing issues), they were responsive to my queries and proactive in keeping me informed of the progress of the order. The goods arrived complete and in good condition.”
