“When I placed my order, I paid via Paypal as I suspected I would have problems. The material in the photos looks like a linen/cheesecloth, when the items arrived they were a cheap and nasty silky, flimsy nylon. One dress was actually made in the correct material, however the sizing is so out! Nothing fitted even though I went up a size from their size guide. I had high hopes when I opened the parcel as they are beautifully packaged. I initially received what was supposed to be a returns label which was all in Chinese and I couldn't read it. I contacted them again and threatened to open a Paypal claim if they didn't send the correct return details and they then issued a refund, less P & P charges. I am still waiting for this to show up in my bank account. Why would a Company risk all the bad reviews and refunds/returns??”

“I was about to give you a very big order. Luckily your outrageous P&P charges put me off £34! Do you charge P&P for each item? Usually when you place an order over a certain amount it's free. Then I looked at your reviews, thinking if your clothes were amazing it would be worth it. Well thank god I did, your reviews are terrible. You sound like a fraudulent company. Absolutely shocking ! Lucky escape.”

“awful quality material and no hope of refund, they do not respond to request for return address, do not buy from this site. Clothes in the bin, not even going to give them to charity shop!”

“Dresses really cheap looking (like nylon overalls) no luck getting a return address and only offered part of payment back as well as having to pay the postage fees to send back. Please please read the reviews before buying I wish I had. Dresses going straight Into my bin.”

“The dress looked nothing like the picture! In the online photo it looked crisp and fresh but when it arrived it was little more than a cheap lining material! It will go to charity!!”

“Took 3 weeks to arrive and when it did it was only fit for the bin!! It is ill fitting and the cheapest see through clingy material you can imagine. Absolutely nothing like the pictures. I wont waste any more money sending it back. My advise to anyone tempted to purchase from their site DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY!”

“One item is acceptable the other 2 tops are very very small ordered large in everything! I am normally a medium, but know from past experience generally best to go up a size. Poor quality of material, disappointed and will be seeing how much it'll cost to return, it's a rip off if it's more than the item purchased only 🙄🤔☹”

“I ordered 2 tops, both were delivered and I returned 1 as the material was very poor, that was nearly a month ago and I am still waiting for my refund which obviously isn't going to be paid! Definitely should have read ALL the reviews before ordering, needless to say I will not be ordering anything else.”

“Ordered 2 tops. bad sizing and nasty shiney fabric. Pictures do not look like the real thing. Have tried to return the goods but the firm do not answer e.mails. Very bad customer service. Feel I have been scammed. No address or phone number|| DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS FIRM||”

“Two weeks and still in process. Emailed them four times they replied once saying they are in busy time. I have asked to cancel the order and refund my money. Surprise, surprise no response. I will never recommend this company to anyone. Extremely poor customer service. I’m surprised they are still in business. Looks like I’ll have to fight to get my money back.”

“Ordered shoes from this company, took over Two weeks to arrive, very poor materials and workmanship for £26.10 returned the item following there online as simple as 123 instructions Refunded £13.32 now wont answer emails. rip off company that steals your money on your returns. Stay Clear.......”

“I went to purchase an item. It has been a week. I haven't received an email plus they said I have to send a picture of my credit card. My bank has the money on pending status. They finally email me and said . They are temporarily on vacation due to the flu virus. And they will let me know about my order when they return. Hmmmm. Sounds suspect to me!!”
