“Terrible quality , cheap jersey material, not at all like the photos advertised. Will never buy from them again. Charged 22. 00 dollars shipping . What a waste of my hard earned money. Buyer beware.”

“If there was a -5, I would have rated it as such. The 12 blouses I finally received were as thin as could be and just cut out, No Hem! I will NEVER order anything from this rip off company again!”

“I agre with other reviews, which I wish I had read before being taken in by the glossy ads of lovely dresses. The order took over 3 weeks to arrive, the material is awful ( glossy, syntheticand skimpy) , postage costs are huge and the refund policy is diabolical.”

“The two tops I bought were made of the cheapest material, nylon, and far too big. Returning them was a problem and the company insisted that the items were tracked which was costly. WILL NEVER BUY FROM THEM AGAIN!!”

“I ordered 2 dresses which looked lovely in the picture . Material was thin and cheap . My order came to £20.29 including postage , items returned and after numerous emails I got my refund £11.06 so they also charge customer for returns aswell. Sorry won’t be using this company again”

“As same as all the other reviews, I was taken also. My order exceeded $150.00 Items were represented properly, items did not fit. You get a run a round when trying to ask for returns, I assume I will be out my money unfortunately. Learned a lesson, ALWAYS READ THE REVIEWS FIRST BEFORE ORDERING.”

“Very disappointed with my items. The sizes are ALL WRONG. At least 2 to 3 sizes smaller than they should be on some items. You can check the sizing, which I did very carefully, and they where different when they arrived. Very slow getting refund. Postage was very expensive considering they come from a UK based warehouse and are also returned to UK. In all it cost me £11.56 to get them delivered and returned.”

“I ordered 2 dresses. They were no way near the correct size far too small. I managed to return them using the return address which came in the parcel. So far I have tracked this a number of times but it has not been delivered. I checked the address in Birmingham but a different company trades from the address given. I have sent a number of emails and received the same stock answer ' we will contact you in 24 hours'. It could be said that they are trading fraudulently as they give a wrong address and can therefore say the returned goods were never received, thereby a refund cannot be given. I have challenged them on this in my last email and demanded a refund. As usual I got the stock answer 'we will contact you in 24 hours'. This firm should be banned from trading and I too am filing a complaint with the postmaster general. One of the questions below asks how long did it take to get a refund. There's no answer to that as I'm still waiting.”

“items not as the picture looks like your going to get a linen bloue but you get printed polyester one pair of trousers was ok felt like linen so i reordered another pair and a completely different product arrived with flimsy shiny cloth”

“The first four dresses that I ordered were all disappointing. They looked nothing like the photos produced by the company. One was so shiny it looked like a cheap satin nightdress. Very very disappointed whats more the dresses ordered by my daughter, yet to arrive, saw one cancelled due to stock problems but no reduction in delivery costs!”

“5 weeks later and still awaiting products! After reading these reviews, I'm doubtful of receiving them....received notification to say due to covid and "peak season" 2 items are not in stock and they were waiting on these before completing order - nothing to say they weren't in stock at the time of my order, otherwise I wouldn't have ordered them!!! Feel as if I'm getting the run around. After reading these reviews I do not understand why these types of companies are allowed to continue trading!!!! Very angry and disappointed as I always believe in giving people the benefit of doubt - definitely a lesson learned!!”

“I too wish I'd read these reviews first. My dress is not as described. The pictures showed a pretty midi dress with pockets. What arrived was very short (not the length stated) and no pockets. Doesn't even look like same material. Not bothering to return after reading these comments but this company is raking it on from people doing the same.”

“Recieved my 5 items .all too small and material not as expected.emailed for address to return to but no reply after waiting for over a week so I returned to the address that was on the parcel .paid for recorded delivery. Over 2 weeks ago I returned them and still no refund .emailed several times and no reply back. Still waiting for my refund.really disappointed with the service from airy dress.this needs sorting ..really disappointed and waiting for my refund back”

“Well the last three or so hours will never be replaced thats how long Ive spent this evening trying to return a dress to these people. Its virtually impossible and I salute anyone who has managed to find a return address for them. My dress is far to small not the UK sizing at all. The sleeves are so narrow it would take a stick person to get them on. I have decided not to bother trying to go for a refund and instead will give the dress to my local charity shop. I will always read the reviews from now on. In fact this company not even worth 1 star.”
