“I was excited to try them on, only to find they are poor quality, not the same fabric in the photo on the website and not the same cutting as the photo on the website. The blue/green dress is supposed to be a body con dress but is not because the size was too big and the material is thin. In the photo is a thick stretchy material for the style of dress to hold. The second item was long sleeve is poorly made - again size too big, the pockets sew on top not like photo and thin material even though the photo shows that it is wooly/knit type material. Third item- white shirt is so big it's like a dress, the material so thin I have to wear another dress underneath and again, wrong material. The material in the photo is thicker so it drapes nicely. I am so upset with the purchase. I spent almost $65 to be disappointed with the clothes. The return process is just as bad. Logged and followed instructions but the page is not found. Went to self-service area under Contact Us, when I tried to submit the captcha doesn't work. Another catch- shipping is at your own expense for returns, so you have to spend even more money. I'm worried that if I send, I might be like others who didn't get their refund back even though tracking said it arrived. Never again. DO NOT TRUST- DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME OR MONEY.”

“The items are nothing like the pictures. Totally misleading and so so this honest. Trying to get a refund is nearly impossible and you have to pay to send the item back even though. You have already pay for shipping so it will cost as much as the item itself. A total joke. They should not be allowed to get away with it.”

“Do not do business with this company. They are the absolute worst. I ordered one item and they sent me something completely unrelated. When I asked to return it they had me jump through all sorts of silly hoops, i.e., taking a full length photo of the wrong item, taking a photo of the bar code, uploading them, sending them a copy of the shipping address. Then I waited another two weeks until they gave me an address to return it. I sent the item back, exactly according to instructions. The item was returned two weeks later, undeliverable. The address was an unoccupied address in California. I never got a refund or any satisfaction. This company is not worth anyone's time and money. I give it zero stars - just had to click one to write this review.”

Hi Laura, Regarding to the refund, if you paid with card, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay for the order within 7-15 working days, depending on the bank processing time. If you paid with your PayPal account directly, the refund will be back into the account which you used to pay immediately once processed, while it will take about 30 days to receive the refund if you paid with a credit card through PayPal, depending on the bank processing time. “I ordered three shirts which looked so cute online. I can’t imagine anyone wanting to wear this stuff. Nothing like the pics. Trying to return is impossible. Cheap stuff that you might find in a flea market. Will keep trying to get through to return. Also, the phone number is a dead end.”

“I for a start would give them 0 ⭐ But have to hit 1 to leave a review I feel very deceived with items purchased. Not as pictured and not as described. Very poor quality. Couldn't get through to do refund So googled and got email address. Have had an answer now waiting for information to return my items. Don't recommend this company.”

“Everything is made of cheap and pure synthetic fabrics. Summer dresses I ordered won't be good in a hot and humid summer. The same size looks different on me with each of 3 items: fit, tight and loose. There is nothing similar with the pictures. Beware of them!”

“My two dresses looked nothing like the pictures on website. The material is cheap and I will never order from them again. I have learnt the lesson not to buy cheap dresses. To return them would cost too much postage so they will end up at a charity shop and probably sell for $2.”

“Will not order anything again from this company. All the clothing i received is cheap and nasty. Nothing like the adverts. The material is dreadful. The photos on the website are nothing like what has arrived. Size XL and its way too small even though i'm a size 16. It fits my daughter who is 10. Absolute rip off. Very disappointed. With p+p altogether my order was £86.01. Not worth £30. I feel completely ripped off. Shocking.”

“Quality of four items was poor for the fabric and manufacture. Only one item fitted although all were 'large'. Emailed for a refund four weeks ago and heard nothing further apart from an automatic acknowledgement with a promise to send details of how to return goods and get a refund.. The lesson is to read reviews before making an order.”

“The dress I purchased was too large and made out of very thin material. The cost of this dress and shipping was over $40. When I tried to return it, I got the runaround and was told to wait until the company provided an address for a return. THE COMPANY NEVER SENT ME A RETURN ADDRESS, SO MONTHS LATER I AM STUCK WITH THE DRESS AND NO REFUND. Airydress is a ripoff company. Go elsewhere!”

“Cute design but the fabric is terrible! What is it? I feel if it was over 80 degrees when I was wearing the blouse, it would spontaneously combust. Ugh. Sadly, I missed the return date bc I was evacuated from home due to fires. Do not buy”

“There are no star rating low enough. Very very cheap and nasty they advertised linen dress which was nothing like the photo . False advertising very poor company ethics. So funny to read we are sorry you had a bad experience. They couldn't care less..do you self a favour DON'T BUY FROM THIS SITE .”

“I ordered a light blue dress with pockets but received a dark blue dress without pockets. You can only contact them via email to which I have gained no satisfaction. I would not purchase from them again nor would I recommend them to anyone.”

“Very bad quality material, nothing like showing in the pictures its cheap nylon material, and sizing is wrong. Fitting is terrible.i thought of refunding but dnt trust to donso aftr seeing these psts.so thought of giving those for charity for smone.”
