“I ordered three kurta but they delivered the two in a single package after putting lot many mails Nd msgs didn't get the satisfactory response . They responded I checked thoroughly . If uh checked that then where is the third item. Totally fraud it's just cost around 1000 .”

“My first experience ordering from Ajio will also be my last. The delivery was so delayed that it made me lose interest in the product. When it finally arrived, I was disappointed to find it was of very poor quality. The watch had scratches on the glass, and the LCD and backlight were subpar. It looked like something you'd buy from a street vendor. Overall, it was a terrible experience. Ajio appears to be more like a local vendor rather than a reputable brand. I strongly advise against purchasing anything from Ajio; it's a waste of both time and money. "Here's a fun fact: Ajio took 4.5 days to deliver my product, and as soon as I received it, I requested a return. Within an hour, someone arrived to collect it. They seem to be experts at deceiving consumers. They require immediate payment when ordering, but it takes them 7 days to process a refund." I am done with Ajio. Highly frustated by this vendor. Apart from all this nonsense they need to verify if the review is genuine are they kidding me.”

“I'm writing to express my disappointment with my recent order. I had purchased a dress for a family function, but the incorrect product was delivered. To make matters worse, I don't see a return option available. This has ruined my plans and I feel cheated. I have raised the complaint also but they didn't respond.I request you to take immediate action to resolve this issue. If not, I'll be forced to share my poor experience on your platform and other channels”

“Very worst experience with Ajio. I have ordered two items. One product I don't like the size and color, another product entirely they send another item. I have created return request. Without any call/ pickup initiation, they will cancel the pickup with the reason as I'm unavailable. They are repeating the same for two returns. I have tried to reach out to the delivery agent, but not picking the call. They are playing cheap tricks to cheat customer. Very very very worst. As we don't have any review section in the product details many customers don't aware of these cheap tricks. Amazon,Flipkart and Meesho are hundred times better than Ajio.”

“Plz do not use this app at any cost ...you will just waste your time ...I have placed order and order got shipped.....but now they are unable to deliver that products following the same reason continuously for 3 times...we place order to get that product ...but after lots of waiting we don't get that product instead of that we get refund...this is the reality..they are just using our money....they can't provide any service..so plz don't use this application for shopping”

“Ajio is worst online shopping platform.. they deliverd burnt cloths.. and not taken back from u.. and sometimes refund amount also not refund u.. and even they r not proper guide u.. i want to share u my recent experience.. i ordered one dress and that dress not good.. and now they removed the return policy from that product....”

“Very Fraud and Scam Company I have ever seen. Ordered for 4 products recived only 3 product with clear invoice for 3 products in the shipment label. But the actual invoice says 4 products and they are saying they sent all 4 products to me. It is fraud and worst online site for purchase don't use that anymore.”

“Be VERY careful with Ajio, it has its positive side of offering great deals , easy returns and refunds ...I have had positive experience until today when I received my 3 pc pack Adidas socks . The MRP (incl taxes) is Rs 399 , but I paid Rs 454 with shipping & additional tax !! (Attached pics for proof). When you have hundreds of thousands of customers every additional 50 or 70 INR adds up as profits for Reliance. Very unethical practice I may add. Be careful what you buy on Ajio and DYOR before purchase on MRP and local prices of the product.”

“NEVER TRUST THIS APP. They delivered wrong sub-standard cheap product & rejected the return request saying we verified at our end & found the right product was delivered to you. How can backward tracing be done in a day & request be rejected. I have invoice, parcel cover & everything to authenticate wrong cheap product is delivered. It is the worst online APP & would request everyone to BAN this APP. PLEASE DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS APP.”

“I Ordred a trouser, I odered the grey colour but recieved in olive colour. After placing a return request they rejected my request. Even the trouser that I recieved is not a good quality. It seems a used one. Now they say return window is closed.”

“Ajio has done fraud with me. I got a jacket and now they are asking me for 100 policies for exchange. Mail me, attack me, do this, not everyone has that much time. Ajio is doing fraud with people.”

“I never recommend to ajio because I ordered one short 1000/- but he send me one small kid underwear I was very disappointed and when I complained to ajio app but he did not return I have lost so don’t go with ajio app worst experience”

“Wrong products are received and then no refund is provided. No help is done from customer care side.
