“The worst service I have evere received from ajio. Now this time happens that the ajio status is delivered for all the products but i didn't received all the products and ajio is claiming that they delivered all products. Let me tell one this if I purchased the total product of amount approximate 5000 and is is possible to claim only for 400 rs products that i have not received that item Seriously are we mad here. The worst online shopping app. Cheaper products as well. They sold damaged and cheaper product in the name of discounts”

“I ordered a pair of jeans for my niece on the 23rd of July and it is 6th of August, but I haven't received my package at all. The due date keeps on getting forward by two days everytime. The customer service only has one thing to say to wait for the current date. I have already fully paid for the product but it is still in transit. They are not even raising a complaint about it. This is so annoying. If they can't deliver then atleast let me know so that I can stop expecting it. It is such a fraud thing to do.”

“Ajio is a fraud company. They are not letting the wallet amount withdrawn to the bank, neither they are allowing the wallet balance to be used in new purchases. There have been several emails sent with phone calls to their desk but nothing happened. They are simply cheating their customers.”

“Very bad experience. ******Company doing a big scam******. Holding customers money for more than a week. Each customer they hold thousands of rupees for a week and if they do the same for more than 100 customers. How much of money they would make with the bank interest with that refund money. - DELIVERY OF PRODUCTS DONE WITH WRONG INFORMATION. - WRONG PRODUCTS DELIVERED. - MISSING PRODUCTS - IF 3 PRODUCTS ARE ORDERED DELIVERY PARCEL LEBEL HAS 3 PRODUCTS, WHEN OPENED THERE WILL BE ONLY 1 PRODUCT AND OTHER TWO PRODUCTS ARE MISSED. - There is no option of selection missing products in REFUND OPTIONS of their app. I WOULD SUGGEST THAT NO ONE SHOULD BUY PRODUCTS WITH SUCH A BOGUS COMPANY.”

“Never trust this app .. and pls do not order anything from this platform ... I have ordered a cargo pant recieved a 3 year old baby tshirt .... Upon calling 5 time to customer care they say they cannot do anything.... I have a genuine video while opening the package and the invoice .... The next is I will put this in social media ......worst experience ...”

“I had raised a return request. The delivery agent did not want to come up to take the product. He wanted me to come down and handover the product! THE AUDACITY! I raised 3 complaints with AJIO agents..and all they did was taken down the complaint and not do anything else later. Every day I only get messages for pickup but no calls and no attempts and then later it gets declined. DELIVERY GUY'S ARE A MENANCE HERE & AJIO AGENTS ARE EXTREMELY DUMB AND UNHELPFUL. I have uploaded images for your reference.”

“Horrible return experience. More than 10days waiting for item to be picked up so can order more. But guys exchange or return is horrible experience. Ajio needs to learn on delivery from Amazon. Pathetic”

“I ordered hellcat pack of 3 track pants and received only two in packet, complaint registered immediately and received the resolution is attached, ajio people are cheating common and looting poor people money by these type of scam. the service of customer care people was pathetic and not reachable while required,Be care full while ordering.”

“Would like to rate Ajio and their customer service as 0. Ajio is nothing but Fraud and Cheaters. Order 2 items from same brand and they will send only 1. After raising the complaint they say investigated and all items are delivered in that thin package where only 1 item can fit. Ajio has worst service. DO NOT BUY FROM Ajio!!!”

“I have paid for 2 items and got only one instead of two items , the delivery boy witnessed it but he said he can't help it and we should contact customer care Ajio. Now about two weeks I am sending mails and getting a copy paste reply no use. Bad experience with jio second time.”

“I do a lot of online shopping from various apps and websites. But today I have experienced very bad from Ajio. They didn't commit all policies which are demonstrated below the product before booking. So it's a fraudulent activity. They committed to return policy before booking and after they denied. So total waste of money. Ajio is a fraudulent shopping app.”
