I order my shoes on 16th of july and the time of delivery was shown 23rd of july but they delay my parcel and gave a TAT to 27th of july but also not delivered on 27 th of july then they gave me TAT of 2nd of aug very bad experience with Ajio also they don’t cancel my order and the order is prepaid also they don’t give me my refund

Worst experience I faced. I have ordered one dress, pull over, sweat shirt, while ordering the orders showed return can available for 10 days. After delivery, the return option is disabled. And it shows your return not available.

Ajio app is worst in the online shopping platforms. I proceed for exchange and they gave me wrong product in exchange. According to their SO CALLED POLICY they couldn't exchange twice. So they advised me to return the product. They assigned 2 delivery partners for the same product. Now one of them picked up the product but it didn't show in their records. So they told that the product is not picked up and we cant give you refund. Even the delivery partner didnt give me details about the pickup. In short i lost the product and money at the same time. I have attached the screenshot (chat with delivery guy) that will prove that i return the product.

I had a worst ever experience with AJIO i ordered Footwear on 25 june 2024 i recived this order on 28 june but i recived wrong size i order UK size 4 but i recived 4 size for left leg and size 5 for right leg i am trying to reached customercare after a day they connected mi so am completely disappointed with this. i do processs for replacement but there is no option for replacement there is showing out of stock after that i contact with team i had call with sakshi singh , arun ahirbad , Abhi 3 more people they guided mi the created my return shippment but still my product has been not return to ajio still i have not recived my refund worst servicve ever they said delivery boy contact to you but u not recived a call but its not true no single persone call mi stilll Order number-FN8685509327

They have very poor customer service, I have returned an order, it's been 10 days, still the money has not reached my account and their app shows refund processed. If ajio team is seeing my review i request you to please arrange a customer service call asap..

I have been waiting for 5 days for the pick-up person to return my package. And the services are really not up to the mark. I have been expecting a call from the pick up person so that I can return the package but they don’t even call me to let me know when they arrive. And inform me on WhatsApp about the delay in service. I am really very upset with the services.

I ordered a dress on 11th july still I didn't get my package. First they given delivery date 17th then 19th after 21st but not yet delivered. Now saying 23th . First time I ordered in ajio but it's a worst experience .

I received a product from Ajio that unfortunately did not meet the quality expectations set by the company's advertisements. Order ID FN3906500047 The material was subpar, and the item had several defects that were immediately noticeable upon unboxing. Despite multiple attempts to contact customer service for a return and refund, my requests were met with unresponsiveness. This lack of customer support only added to the frustration of receiving a defective product. It's disheartening when a company does not stand behind its products and fails to honor its return policy, leaving customers dissatisfied and unlikely to recommend their services.

I would have given minus 1 star, but the option isnt available. The service of Ajio is the Worst of all that i have found. They have wasted my occassion, on which i was to gift a person the thing i ordered. My due date has past almost a month, and if is so bad that i cant even cancel it. I do not know if Ajio respecrs its customers, but those who buy, be aware, you will never get your product on time. I do not know if Ajio compensates customers for their lack of service and wasting time and occasions of the customers. But a true shame for the site, hosting such brands and yet, service is much downgraded than the local online stores. Terrible site to shop. Shall never visit again this online store. By the way, my products havent come yet, for which im waiting to return when they come. N im sure, they will never reach my doorstep.

The most bad experience while having online shopping with this website they delivered a wrong size which I had not ordered and are cancelling my return request without any reason they are delaying my return so that they don't need to return it as expecting that I might keep it later on. This is not even my fault but still they are harassing customer. Avoid using it.

Not even one rating.have ordered four items in ajio ...I am not happy with the quality of the product so I have returned the four items..they have accepted return for only one item.Due to miscommunication all the 4 items are given to courier boy to return.courier boy is saying that he has sent all the 4 items in one pack.I Called many times and raised complaint in ajio customer care they took one week time and the complaint is not resolved and they are saying that we cannot able to take your complaint and that's final..I don't know why they are so stubborn .my money got struck.i want justice for this.

I had twice bad experience with AJIO.COM. they have sent wrong product in exchange and now they said "they cant exchange twice sue to POLICY. I have to return that product and reorder it." But if i order single item which below 1300/-rs i will have to pay 99/- delivery charges. (1) They don't want to re-exchange it. (2)They dont want to wave 99/- rs delivery charges. (3)They dont want to return original product which i had purchased at 1st.(Exchanged item quality is very bad) Order id - EX0027345837

Sad & pathetic This had been the worst experience ever. AJIOLUXE is unable to deliver a branded product, shameful tat you accept the order in the first place.. And what’s worst is they keep 8000/- approx for weeks & have you chasing them for a timely refund!!!

ajio is the worst among all online shopping portals. had every possible kind of bad experience, fake/old/used product, delivery late by weeks, yes weeks, worst reserved for returns and refunds, try returning any item, your life will come to standstill, the pick ups are never attempted, the delivery boys and executives are rude and clueless, keep raising tickets with no resolution. i am having one of the worst experience with them right now and have sworn off this site forever.

i have ordered a product, but the item I received was used and came without a tag. I’ve tried to return it eight times, but the delivery boy always rejects it because it lacks a tag. I’ve emailed many times and have been in touch over the phone for about 15 days, but I haven’t received any support. They keep putting my calls on hold and disconnecting. The return period for the product is also over, and I can’t make any changes. No one is helping me, and I’ve been distressed for so many days. If my money isn’t refunded, I will take further action. I’ve never seen such poor customer support and service. I will post about this on social media.
