“Pathetic service i had ordered a purse from ajio on 5th july 2024 after that the delivery date was changed to 8th july then 11th july then 13th july and now it is showing me 16th july like seriously? How pathetic service is this this situation is beyond my patience. I had also contacted customer care but they are not even able to resolve this issue. Disappointed. Earlier i placed order for 2 purse but after 5 days it got cancelled. Very disappointing service”

“If I could give a 0 stars I would. Worst customer care system. For the 100th time!!!!! Ordered two co-ord sets from Ajio—one blue, one purple from the same brand called Feathers Closet. Delivery guy shows up with a package which looked thin for it to have 4 cloth piece in total. Asked about the other set, and he was like, “This is it.” Classic Ajio vibes, right? Opened it on video with my dad (can't trust Ajio and can't compare it to Myntra's excellent customer service), and guess what? Just one lonely blue co-ord set. Checked the app, and of course, Ajio says both were delivered 🥴. Filled a complaint within 2 mins of receiving the product. I even have video of opening the package but I guess Ajio team have lost their sight. Ajio after 5 days of snoozing my concern closes the case because bucks went into their pocket for a product they didn't not deliver. Thanks for nothing, Ajio!”

“One of the worst shopping app in india, I suggest to all not shopping with this. This is fraud and deliver useless product and also try to refund it , amount will not refund. Worst shopping app in india. Shameless.”

“I purchased a women sweetheart dress from Ajio but I didn’t like the dress so I returned the dress. They done pickup but they says pickup is not done plus they did not give my money back. Fake app .always eats people money very disappointed. They says we can’t do anything . Very bad experienced.”

“Delivery of wrong item.(Order ID: FN9834504854)Daevish women 3 piece cord set. wrong item delivery at my doorstep by ajio.I have opened the package in front of delivery agent and showed the wrong product delivery.When I filed complaint from my ajio app along with pictures,they denied return saying that the correct item has been sent to you.When I asked proof for that they again denied.I have been ordering from ajio for past 1 year almost every month and since then I have never such type of cheating act from ajio.”

“I have purchased one wrist watch unfortunately from Ajio. Upon unboxing the packet found it was discolored and defunct. When return request initiated the person came, he refused to pick up as it's little bit different from website. Spoke to Ajio customer care executive they seemed very helpless. Sent mails but till the date there is no resolution comes out. Ajio is just extending the dates of resolution. It's painful for me. Much better Flipkart or other window shopping app. Please please refrain from Ajio”

“I recently purchased the O3+ Dermal zone Face Wash from Ajio.The price I paid was Rs. 354, while the MRP is listed as Rs. 285. When i call customer services said to send a mail when i sent mail reply contact customer care.again i call customer services again said to send mail again.again i sent mail no reply.”
