“I have purchased a shirt from Online Ajio portal. Its been 15 days now, till I haven't received the shirt. I have sent several email for the same but no response from them. I have been asking for at least refund my money, they are not doing it..........When I CALL CUSTOMER CARE, phone will be ringing no operator is available to pick the call and discuss the issue with customer. Its really a pathetic things to do shop with Ajio. Its not safe.......THEY DON'T EVEN UNDERSTAND THE VALUE OF CUSTOMER.”

“The worst experience of my online shopping. I have ordered first time from ajio. I ordered PUMA jacket of cost 9000, they sent another jacket of cost 4000. Big cheaters!!!! I have not received the refund it is already more than 2 weeks that order was picked up from my place. No customer care executive is available on customer care number.”

“For the Order ID : FL0175185045, I ordered 3 products (1 vero moda dress and two slippers) total worth rupees Rs. 2,331.03 I returned all three products but I got a refund only for one of the products (1007Rs for the vero moda dress). The remaining 1300 rupees is still pending but status on your app shows refund complete. The keep on changing the complaints number and resolve previous ones. No one makes any changes, they just keep giving new dates when they will resolve the issue. The service is beyond pathetic.”

“Ajio has horrible customer service. Dont ever buy from them. I have been following up for my refund for 2.5 months now i have used all channels to raise my issue - phone, email, twitter, consumer court. On all calls and emails they say it will be their highest priority to resolve the issue but they don’t do that.”

“Don't buy with ajio they are doing same with me 3item am recived.Every 1 packet having 2item and they sending only 1 item.4packet they are sending wrong item.5packet they are not giving tag.6packet they giving wrong item.7packet they are giving wrong size.Now my approx 2000rs item”

“Two Allen Solly t-shirt have ordered. I received only one. However, in the order status, it was showing that all two t- shirts were delivered on the same date and time. This was my prepaid order. Money is also not refunded.”

“This was worst experience. I am very frequent online buyer, thought to give a try at Ajio. Omg order was placed in September, and till October 15 the product and order was just showing confirmed. 1 product shipped out of 10 products. You can’t reach customer care as its always busy, u would hang up after 1 hr. Had to cancel the order after a month of wait.”

“Ajio has cheated me and not delivered items in my packages, do have unpacking vidoes. But no refund till date. Above all blocked my account and also blocked me on call abd sending mails to call centre. Will drag them to forum for cheating me and playing pranks.”
