“Ajio is absolutely pathetic and so is their customer service.They don't even pick up their call.They don't take the return of the product despite repeated attempts and also don't refund the money. Utterly disappointed with them.”

“Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won't be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It's been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses. “Customer care service is pathetic.They didn't pick any call. I tried from 9 days to contact your bloody customer care services. I returned one blue gown of mine and I got amount in my wallet but now I want to use this amount then I can't find the way to use it. And when I call to ur representative they didn't pick my call.”

“Status show refund initiated in my bank account but I didn't get money back from last 15 days of returning green kurta. Trying to contact to representative through customer care but no one attend the call even no response of mail I droped on ajio mail box. Very poor service at all.”

“If I could provide negative stars I would. Bunch of scamsters . Fraudulent website that sends wrong product and even after repeated call backs , providing pictures for evidence etc, do not refund the money. I have heard this from 2 other friends of mine so this is clearly a prevalent practice. Till date I don't have the refund.”

“Such a fraud site, not a trusted site, last month I purchased products thro cod,some clothes r not good so I return that, ajio return my money in the form of wallet, within 2 days , they take all money,and send almost 50 mails but no response, they hacked thro Gmail I'd, like some technical team in ajio doing that, be aware of this site”

“I had placed an order with Ajio on the 9th of September 2020 and still i am calling for me refund and still haven't received it. I place an order for female product and i received male product and with a wrong invoice too. They just say sorry and have doen nothing on it. Sharing the pictures about the blunder they have done.”

“Worst customer care service. They cheat people in refunding money. My product was updated as delivered. When I raised the complaint in Dec2020 as not received of product. They were giving dates on dates and finally I never received my money till date.”
