“Bad delivery service, i will not recommend to my friends and family”

“no response from customer care even no reply of mails, they must be planning big fraud in the background, grievance officer is also of no use, everyone is suggested to be aware from online shopping from AJIO, there are several issues. Courier personnel they some time didn't action while picking up the return product, company several times send the order without tag which you can't see before delivery and afterwards you didn't find the tag and product then can't be returned or exchanged. Now I am going to put all this in all the social media platform.”

“Ajio com is conning the customers by not delivering the complete package. Once you raise the compliant, they will make sure delivery agency trouble you with 100 phone calls with 1 question that " did you receive the product" which they never delivered in the first place. Do not buy online from this site otherwise you will lose money without product delivery. The customer service is not bothered to call you back for your compliant. Such CHEAP company with cheap service.”

“Being a top company in India, they were not having a proper reverse logistics structure, while they boast about their easy returns. I got a product with the wrong size.. Now when I want to exchange my product, they aren't taking exchanges...Only returns. Even for that, I should pack this product, spend my money to send it to them.”

“It’s very bad platform for online shopping. No support from customer care. Fake items on the app. My order delayed from last month. No updates regarding that. I have made payments via UPI. I think my money has gone. Writing this review to make other people alert don’t buy anything from AJIO you will not get any support from there end. And you will lost your earned money. Sad Reality!!!”

“Ajio has given the worst response to the problems related to all the orders. No matter how many times you call the customer care they promise to take care of the issue but do literally nothing about it, ajio's customer care is of no use they do not respond to any problem you have regarding your order!”

“This site is worst in customer care. I ordered a saree and I haven't got my refund after returning it a months ago. It takes 25 minutes to talk to someone in customer care and then they will hangup. They don't respond. Never order. First experience worst one this site.”

“मेने Ajio से nike के जूते मंगवाये थे जोके मेरे साइज के नही थे, इसलिए मैं उसको वापस देना चाहता था इसलिए रिटर्न्स करना चाहा तो पहले पिक मैन ने ये कहते हुए मना कर दिया कि इसमें Ajio कोड नही है ,आप कस्टमर केयर पेर बात कर टेग कोड रिमूव करवा लें कस्टमर केयर ने टेग रिमूव कर दिया और वापस नया रिटर्न्स जेनरेट कर दिया इस तरह पिक मेन आया और जूते ले गया मगर पेमेंट नही आया ,तीन चार बार कंप्लेन करने पर बताया कि ये नॉन Ajio प्रोडक्ट है ओर मुझसे पूछा कि कोई पार्सल रिटर्न्स की ईमेल आयी कया तो मैने मना कर दिया जैसे ही कॉल पूरी हुई दो घंटे बाद रिटर्न्स का ईमेल गया और दस घंटे में पार्सले वापस आ गया पार्सल खोलने पर अलग ही प्रोडक्ट मिलता है”

“Ajio is absolutely pathetic and so is their customer service.They don't even pick up their call.They don't take the return of the product despite repeated attempts and also don't refund the money. Utterly disappointed with them.”

“Ajio is the worst and spam platform for online shopping with pathetic & useless customer service. Because even if once your delivery or pickup get stuck due to any reason they won't be able to resolve the issue. They will keep on giving excuses and you will lose your money. Ajio will never call back for any update, you have to chase them each and every time. It's been more than 2 months since my return pickup is pending. Whenever I call they give new excuses. “Customer care service is pathetic.They didn't pick any call. I tried from 9 days to contact your bloody customer care services. I returned one blue gown of mine and I got amount in my wallet but now I want to use this amount then I can't find the way to use it. And when I call to ur representative they didn't pick my call.”

“Status show refund initiated in my bank account but I didn't get money back from last 15 days of returning green kurta. Trying to contact to representative through customer care but no one attend the call even no response of mail I droped on ajio mail box. Very poor service at all.”
