“I have not received my refund for the product I have cancelled on April 19th 2021 (due to product delivery date problem) and refund also initiated on the same day Still I haven't received any money Even after contacting them through mails my issue is not resolved I have mailed them not only once or twice but 5 times Is this the way to handle customers? Really I'm frustrated with this ajio team.”

“I had to get a refund of an order I had placed. Delivery boy took the order in morning and came in evening with the same product and informed the order ID is not matching so it cannot be returned. He asked me to give in writing. I called customer care and the asked me for number starting with D. Then he said it’s the correct order it could be a printing issue in the product code and filled complaint. Next day the same delivery boy came for pick up and informed the complaint number was canceled and order can not be returned. I tried calling customer care 10 times but no response. Now I am forced to keep a product because of some printing issues of AJIO. Pathetic!”

“I bought a shirt from camla products in Ajio. It's a gift for a friend instead he received the product with defects and with full of rat bites. I am totally disappointed. It's his birthday but ruined. U ruined it. Is a customer service a joke for you, check before send it twice thrice to not to spoil cutomers trust.”

“Return problem - Actually I was just looking exchange to bigger size When returning they told me that a tag is missing while it came just like that without tag. So because of that i had to keep it. They asked to send pics and numerous mail exchanges and nothing has worked out . It still hasn't resolved. wouldnt recomend Ajio”

“Recently before 2 months on march i ordered a flipflop from ajio and the payment was done through card and my order was automatically cancelled and its been 2 months i didnot received my refund no proper response from ajio team no updates no replies I received after my several emails to them .....really disgusting response even the grievance officers are useless they asked me the bank statement issued by bank even after sending that there is no response no reply nothing”

“no response from customer care even no reply of mails, they must be planning big fraud in the background, grievance officer is also of no use, everyone is suggested to be aware from online shopping from AJIO, there are several issues. Courier personnel they some time didn't action while picking up the return product, company several times send the order without tag which you can't see before delivery and afterwards you didn't find the tag and product then can't be returned or exchanged. Now I am going to put all this in all the social media platform.”

“Ajio com is conning the customers by not delivering the complete package. Once you raise the compliant, they will make sure delivery agency trouble you with 100 phone calls with 1 question that " did you receive the product" which they never delivered in the first place. Do not buy online from this site otherwise you will lose money without product delivery. The customer service is not bothered to call you back for your compliant. Such CHEAP company with cheap service.”

“Being a top company in India, they were not having a proper reverse logistics structure, while they boast about their easy returns. I got a product with the wrong size.. Now when I want to exchange my product, they aren't taking exchanges...Only returns. Even for that, I should pack this product, spend my money to send it to them.”

“It’s very bad platform for online shopping. No support from customer care. Fake items on the app. My order delayed from last month. No updates regarding that. I have made payments via UPI. I think my money has gone. Writing this review to make other people alert don’t buy anything from AJIO you will not get any support from there end. And you will lost your earned money. Sad Reality!!!”

“Ajio has given the worst response to the problems related to all the orders. No matter how many times you call the customer care they promise to take care of the issue but do literally nothing about it, ajio's customer care is of no use they do not respond to any problem you have regarding your order!”

“This site is worst in customer care. I ordered a saree and I haven't got my refund after returning it a months ago. It takes 25 minutes to talk to someone in customer care and then they will hangup. They don't respond. Never order. First experience worst one this site.”

“मेने Ajio से nike के जूते मंगवाये थे जोके मेरे साइज के नही थे, इसलिए मैं उसको वापस देना चाहता था इसलिए रिटर्न्स करना चाहा तो पहले पिक मैन ने ये कहते हुए मना कर दिया कि इसमें Ajio कोड नही है ,आप कस्टमर केयर पेर बात कर टेग कोड रिमूव करवा लें कस्टमर केयर ने टेग रिमूव कर दिया और वापस नया रिटर्न्स जेनरेट कर दिया इस तरह पिक मेन आया और जूते ले गया मगर पेमेंट नही आया ,तीन चार बार कंप्लेन करने पर बताया कि ये नॉन Ajio प्रोडक्ट है ओर मुझसे पूछा कि कोई पार्सल रिटर्न्स की ईमेल आयी कया तो मैने मना कर दिया जैसे ही कॉल पूरी हुई दो घंटे बाद रिटर्न्स का ईमेल गया और दस घंटे में पार्सले वापस आ गया पार्सल खोलने पर अलग ही प्रोडक्ट मिलता है”
