“I have never had a worst experience from any of the sites.I have ordered almost 6500 Rupees and none of the products are worthy...I have received damaged products and also the products received and not the actual one I have booked..Too much costly in Ajio and none of the products have quality.I never want to be purchase ever again from Ajio.I won't recommend Ajio personally.I hate Ajio.”

“i ordered some products but i didnt got one product . its showing delivered status i already raised a complaint bt they telling that all products delivered and closing the issue. wat a cheating to the customers.”

“Ajio blocked my account and not refunding my Ajio credits. Very pathetic App and service. They don't resolve issue. Don't keep ur money in Ajio violet, not safe.”

“Very bad Service. I have ordered kids pants its been month. I dint received product but status is showing its delivery. My fault was its a prepaid order. Till now no response from Customer support. My suggestion is don't place prepayment orders. Customer support is degusting .”

“I ordered three garments on 26th July..The most expensive one was delivered promptly, the other two were falsely reported as returned with payment denied and not at home to receive it respectively. Then 11 days later a totally different product was delivered and the delivery guy took COD and advised me to try your return policy. I did and am waiting to see when that will happen. Totally disillusioned by this service and app. I will not accept the third outfit or pay for it. I do not intend to ever order from Ajio again.”

“wrong product with the original tag delivered hw can u send size xxl dress instead of of size S dhoti & crop top ordered...ur team is educated enough I guess or ur forcing ur unsellable item on us.The product doesn't matches with what I ordered also same another order issue ordered a leather jacket received a different one and return pick up not happening Pathetic return & customer service”

“Ordered a track suit. Was oversized. Order delivered on july 16th until aug 1st order status still in shopping status. Its been more than 2 weeks, not able to reach customer care neither return option enabled. One of the worst platform for shopping. Highly dissatisfied. I am going to del the app in the phone n don’t recommend anyone to do online shopping here. Its total fake. Now i will hv to keep the oversized track suit n its a loss.”

“First I inform you Your service is very very Wrost Due to my parcel delivery by your courier company Xpressbees . When I seen my taking status on delivery date there wrongly mention customer not take but reality is your delivery person not come at on that place and direct wrongly mentioned status Then after I call to customer care executive after I took your ahmedabad office address and number but there my parcel not available and also your ahmedabad office wrongly mentioned in your system as per your system address is in Isanpur but it's wrong your office address is Narol circle After I am gone there for collect my parcel Your Office Manager / Incharge Mr. Ravi (087801 85513) Promised me your parcel delivery tomorrow any how but his not completed self promise then after I many call to Mr Ravi after receiving call told me your parcel is cancel and return to company. after he told me you can complain on this regards I already booked Delivery again 27.07.2022 by customer care number but still no one come I want required my Parcel any how My Xpressbeestaking id is mention Bellow”

“I bought more than 15 clothes from Ajio.com. when I ordered the stuff it was deliverable at my address and when i chose to return die to size issue, it is saying they do not have service for same address. Please dont buy from Ajio unless and untill you do not have alternate choice. Worst service....worst costumer care...fake promises...very upset with services”
