I will give them zero if possible, recently lost 7000 rupees because their courier partner picked up the stuff and it was not returned, raised the complaint, without any resolution. They have no system or checks in place to protect the customer, terrible service !

Take it as I'm writing to AJIO so I could be honest. Dear AJIO Team, Wow, just wow. You guys really outdid yourselves this time. I placed a prepaid order for a pair of sneakers from my long-time wishlist during the big billion sale. You know, the sale that had me staying up late, refreshing my browser like a maniac to snag those sneakers I've been eyeing for ages. Fast forward 15 days—fifteen excruciating days of anticipation—only to receive a note that my order was canceled with a casual "sorry for inconvenience." Oh, but the plot thickens! The sneakers are now out of stock. Isn't that just the cherry on top? One would think that in a first-come, first-serve world, my dedication to shopping on your platform would be rewarded. But no, AJIO seems to operate in a different dimension where customer satisfaction is a mere myth. This isn’t my first rodeo with your stellar service. I've had the pleasure of experiencing such bitter disappointments before. If you can’t handle the customer flow during a sale, maybe it's time to reconsider what exactly you're serving in the market. Because it's certainly not a reliable shopping experience. Thanks for turning my long-awaited shopping joy into sheer frustration. You never fail to surprise, but always in the worst possible way. Ajio is fraud. I ordered a lee cooper jeans and ajio sent me dnmx jeans and when I call, customer care executive told me that we shipped the right product. We can't do anything if you received a wrong product.

Very bad 👎👎 experience Product is fake Not refundable Not exchage options are available on app Very bad I will never order on ajio app I am so upset for last 4 days every day they said we will contact you with in 48 hours But not any response मै सभी को एक ही सलाह दूँगी कोई भी यहाँ से ऑर्डर ना करे l आपके पैसे मारे जायेगा

Worst delivery service and worst customer support. They missed to deliver product and showed product delivered, and after me raising multiple requests they refunded me money by wasting time for many days & increase in product price. Such a bad strategy. Even raising multiple complaints regarding same issue all customer service don't respond properly. Despite their mistake they don't compensate and they just give me answer, please wait.Never experienced such a worst customer support. Such a pathetic experience.

Do not buy from Ajio website they are fraud .I buy a product and paid buy I have not recived the parcel and they show parcel is delivered. So do not buy from Ajio they are fraud

i recently ordered 6 products from ajio during the sale in which 2 of the products which cost around 1k was to be delivered today and at the noon when i open the app there is a message stating that your product delivery is unsuccessful and the return has been initiated, see like i have not even received the products and they cancelled on their own. so now when i go back the 2 products now cost around 1.5k this is not regarding the money but why do they do so when i try to reach out the customer care they mention its due to some logistics issue and this is not the first time so im facing this issue, They say nothing but sorry. Ajio and their delivery partners are the worst services i have ever seen.

Ajio service is very bad I ordered a shirt on 30th May and it has not arrived yet. Every time the delivery is late. Ajio, please don't do that ever again. I am very disappointed in Ajio.

I have ordered 2 items and only one of them was delivered. There is no easy way to contact them and no response to my emails. The worst service I have seen. Will not use them again.

I ordered 2 shirts In ajio but I received only one shirt that with different size and different colour and different brand if I complain this to ajio they are not accepting the truth this is I ordered 2 shirts from Ajio, but I received only one shirt with a different size, different color, and different brand. If I complain to Ajio about this, they are not accepting the truth. This is the worst shopping experience, and they are not even responding properly. worst shopping and they are not even responding properly.
