Very bad experience. I purchased an article which didn't have any tag attached to it when I received, so I made an exchange request for it and found that the receiver executive was not ready to pick up the order back for exchange as it wasn't having any tag attached to it. Now, this is really ridiculous and kind of a fraud you people are doing. Though it's not a very heavy amount but still it somewhere in a bulk affecting the people.

Very bad experience from ajio... They didn't transfer the refund and claim that they transfer but they didn't ... Evn I shared my state ment to them but still they didn't response any positive response

Very bad experience from ajio ordered a Red Tape shoes on 24th Nov24 and they promised delivery date was 28th Nov24 . Now 5th December still Item not received and Payment not refunded. Even though i raised complaint 2 times there no response from customer care.....

I ordered from they sent me 2 same product. And that was very bad quality. After many time request they did not returned. They cheated me very fake co. I never recommend...

Very bad experience from ajio ordered a shoes from redtape and ajio peoples be are like we don't provide any support to you kindly cal redtape team and redtape team be like we can't provide any support.

I have ordered Nivea Body Lotion on 6/11/2024 Still not delivered I applied for cancellations in mean period of time for 10 times atleast. Not even able to cancel my order. I need my money back and i really don't want your product. Kindly do the needful as soon as possible. Attaching photo for your reference. Thank you.

I have ordered a top and due to some cash issues I had to cancel it. I still haven't received my refund almost a thousand rupees. I've contacted the ajio customer care a million times and I receive automated emails and even the call is automated. They don't provide good customer care and they don't care about anything. I tried sending a grievance email, still I receive the same automated mail.

Fake online site I ordered 3 products and got just one out of it. After raising the issue they resolved it stating all 3 products got delivered in same packet.Now not ready to check also. Complete scam and big time looters.Dont buy from here

Really bad experience i have with ajio service....he gave much more time to provide customer service....according to other online platform....what the see online product and what they provide to customer.... they provide totally different product and sometimes they provide wrong product wrong color ...i'm totally bad experience with ajio serivce and products and in future i'm never shopping with this website ...

From last 5 days I have been harassed by tha assigned logistic team, delivery logistic, I have complained to logistic team as well as with ajio guys. They are just delaying the things. Pick up is done today as I have informed to ajio tean as well as delivery logistic team, still they have not updated and later updated with pick up failed. Such negligence is not acceptable. They have also asked for adhar card xerox. When I said for what reason you require then delivery logistic executive ran away. What kind of fraud can take place you can understand. Kindly look on his matter and resolve the issue ASAP.

Very bad experience. I returned order worth 4600 once and 1899 again. Bluedart’s pickup person took parcell but did not updated. I did not got my refund or not any help from ajio. Very disappointed. Its abig scam if you return anything to ajio. Be very carefull if you use ajio.com.👎🏻

Horrible return policy, very rude staff they cut the call without listening specially SHIKHA UDDIN AND ANANT. they are rude inconsiderate and give no solution whatsoever.

Horrible experience.I have scheduled a pickup at least 5 times. Everytime the pick up partner cancels at his end without bothering to even contact. Customer service only raises a request every time.No escalation department My product is worth 7000 .Its been a month.Still awaiting pick up.

I have purchased a steve madeen bag st amount of 10 k after discount 7k It started ripping in 15 days after complaining they say we have no policy/service for such issues. And thats it n thats how i lost 7 k in a month
