“The customer care needs an overhaul. They are scamming customers. Product is in Bombay and to be delivered in Bombay but now it will be cancelled. What a waste of time and money.”

“I ordered clinique superdefence sunscreen of Rs 2282 and got a wrong product of Rs699 and i raised a complaint to customer care and they kept on telling me to wait but never resolved my issue. they gave sept 10 date n now they r saying 17 sept we will resolve the issue. if anyone reading this resides in a big apt please post there so that they will saved from financial loss and will stop buying from FFRAUD AJIO”

“recently had a very bad experience. Orderer 2 kurti sets, packet mentioned 2 but contained only 1 kurti set and app updated as delivered both sets.this happened consecutively twice. Then on next order received a wrong item, totally wrong item, instead of a kurti set, received a used, without tag dirty t shirt.disappointed.”

“A friend gifted a coupon to me a month back and it didn't work, customer service is unable to help! Money was wasted, and it was an embarrassing experience for my friend. Multiple attempts /calls and emails were wasted with Ajio customer service. I have been a regular purchaser from Ajio and to experience this disappointing situation is beyond words.”

“I gifted a shirt to my father-in-law, but he received a completely different one. Since it was a gift, I can't ask him to return the product. Ajio has caused me to lose face, so I advise against ordering anything from them. They're deceiving their customers.”

“Difficult to reach the customer support team.Return request is failed due to incomplete address but delivering an item to the same address is not a problem.Only return pick up doesn't work.Worst delivery service.”

“I reached out to your chat support team and was connected with an agent named "Khushboo." This interaction was nothing short of unacceptable. Her behavior was unprofessional, rude, and completely dismissive. I was subjected to two hours of back-and-forth, only for her to abruptly end the chat with the false claim that I was unresponsive. This is not just disappointing but utterly disrespectful to a customer who has patiently waited for a solution.”

“I received a damaged product from Ajio, while returning this product the platform levied convenience fee of 43 rs which was so unfair and disappointing. Despite sending pictures of damaged product received, my complaint has not been resolved. I have attached images of that product were the down part of tshirt is damaged and covered with white lines. When tried to resolve this issue with customer executive, they were so rude and without solving my issue they closed my complaint case. After this bad experience i will not order again from ajio and will also aware others in my circle about this fraud.”

“The order is not being returned despite of showing that it can be returned. its not all expected from ajio. As i am regular consumer that orders stuff from ajio regularly. Please work on your offers and return policy. very bad. not all expected.”
