“Ajio is the worst shopping site ever. It is a fake site. I have bought a dress but due to fitting issues I needed to return it but it showed that they don't have pick up service so I have to self ship my product. I immediately self shipped my product through DTDC but after a few days DTDC couldn't deliver it cause the return address they provided is a fake one. After that I too tried to contact ajio on their return address number but the number was invalid. Ajio is fraud. I also lodged police complaint against ajio for fraud and I hope the people behind this fraud is given severe punishment.”

“They are a bunch of idiots who handle this organisation. They will never come up with a feasible solution and waste your time knowingly. For all the bad experience they give to their customers, I pray god that they never find success in this lifetime. This guys sucks. A group of idiots who do not have knowledge about their own website or a very cunning one who knowingly do not give a feasible solution in the fear of returning money. Please never order any product from them otherwise you will regret this for lifetime.”

“Waste of time. Don't purchase during holiday season s. Ajio failed to deliver an order and even after multiple complaints just closed the order saying they couldn't reach me. One product came damaged and other wasn't delivered.I used to like their products but heavily disappointed by their so called 'reliance' service.”

“Pathetic customer service. First of all they don’t have any direct contact number where we can reach. I ordered shoes which was sent without a price tag. Other tags are intact on box, ajio cover etc. I wanted to return the shoes but the courier guy denied pickup twice stating that the price tag isn’t there which was never attached to the shoes and that they haven’t received mail from Ajio. Despite of sending constant mails to Ajio the issue is not resolved. They keep postponing the issue. Never ever get allured by their attractive prices. You won’t be able to return the product once received. They are frauds.”

“Good products but very pathetic customer support, I purchased a product on Aug 5 which was updated to have shipped but is still not delivered and even upon multiple complaints and follow up through emails, app and customer care centre I have still not received a refund and the team is not interested in resolving the same and are vert lethargic”

“I Purchased nike shoes from AJIO. But somehow they are not fit so I asked to return them. But these people refused for return and the silly answer for that is shoe box is not there. I consistently argue that the shoes itself is having all the relevant information, like bar code, manufacturing details place of origin etc. I share that to them. After 5-7 round of mails, ultimately they say "BIG NO" I am a regular online buyer from Amazon, Flipcart and Paytm, and I never face such type of replacement condition in any of these online sites So it was my first and last interaction with AJIO. “Ordered two pairs of shoes are received only one pair. The bill and delivery shows that both pairs were delivered. The missing pair costs 4k after discount. The box they sent the shoes in has space for only one pair of shoes you cannot fit a pair of high top shoes in the same box!!!! There isn't any space. The customer care number does not have any person I can talk to just the automated voice. Please see the picture attached.”

“Do not buy anything from this website. For the first time I had order two items from this website Sweatshirt and joggers pant. The parcel delivered with invoice details correctly but inside package contains none of the item which I had ordered and instead one defective low quality kurta not worth than 100 rs is delivered to me. They are clearly mugging and cheating online. A big disappointment. Do not ever order anything online from this site.”

“Never buy from them. They are cheaters. First of all they charge 150 RS for delivery, that is still fine, but when i found that the size not fit to my son, i raise a return request , now they are asking me to return the product myself as they can't pick it up. Then why charge 150 for delivery. Product quality is also very bad. If there is a negative ranking i would choose that. I don't know how they are sustaining their business with this kind of of customer service.”
