“I requested partial return of my order about 20 days before...I got notification that return pickup tried twice..but actually no one came for pickup..neither they called on contact no if they had issue with address ..but they are just replying that send correct address details and phone no...issue will be resolved .but till now nothing done...they can deliver a product to address..but can not pickup same from same address..I don't understand ....apart from that they are giving reason of lockdown for not contacting to customer care..I think every site is working fine now except ajio returing orders”

“This guy who picked up ph is someone muslim guy .. very bad human .. mujhe mere app store se kuch download karne ko bola when i said why to bola aap bohut sawal puchte hain .. ph rakhiye bore mat kijiye. Pathetic website and pls they r mere fraud people donot get trapped in their words.”

“Since more than a month they are making a fool of us. I ordered an a line dress for daughter but they delivered a wrong product boys T-shirt to me. After reminding and requesting them for a refund several times they Are fail to do so giving a stupid reason of lockdown. Till date nobody has come for a pickup and also on their application in my account it is showing my issue has been resolved. U are biggest liars pls don’t trust them don’t buy anything from their website.”

“I have order 5 dresses ajio app. But the quality very very poor. So i decided to return my item. But the return offer the delivery not taken my product, the delivery boy said ur tag number sticker number not same.So we do not take return . But i got the product same stickers and taq so this ajio fault . I will send complain from mail but they did not proper answer. I am very disappointed. I want proper answers and take my return option .”

“Received again and again tag less dresses and tops of Marks and Spencers, AND brand. They were denied return because there were no ajio tags. Now how can the customer get a tag unless it was provided at the time of shipping? There is negligence. Utmost negligence. Or are they fake products?”

“Just a fake site. I ordered a benetton shoe worrh rs1800 from my mummy's phone as their was some of the cash that came after the return of one kurti in the wallet. I ordered it ,then the price was Rs1012, but it was wrong size placed..so i cancelled it. But then those 660Rs were gone and we get a loss of 660Rs...very much dissapointed...just a helll.😠 i need help...contact me fast otherwise i will list your site in the list of fraud sites..😡 Hope for help soon..😠”

“ajio purchase, never got delivered but expressbees ( the ajio delivery partner) have updated as delivered with a fake signature. Now, I'm at a fix since it's a prepaid purchase, how will I get a refund/the product? Pls help.😰 (Never faced this with amazon/flipkart) Note: i had given the my old delivery address by mistake, but even my neighbours haven't received it.”

“Ajio is the worst shopping site ever. It is a fake site. I have bought a dress but due to fitting issues I needed to return it but it showed that they don't have pick up service so I have to self ship my product. I immediately self shipped my product through DTDC but after a few days DTDC couldn't deliver it cause the return address they provided is a fake one. After that I too tried to contact ajio on their return address number but the number was invalid. Ajio is fraud. I also lodged police complaint against ajio for fraud and I hope the people behind this fraud is given severe punishment.”

“They are a bunch of idiots who handle this organisation. They will never come up with a feasible solution and waste your time knowingly. For all the bad experience they give to their customers, I pray god that they never find success in this lifetime. This guys sucks. A group of idiots who do not have knowledge about their own website or a very cunning one who knowingly do not give a feasible solution in the fear of returning money. Please never order any product from them otherwise you will regret this for lifetime.”
