“"New AJIO cheating online GAME during covid-19 pandemic" i do see the app order has been called i call many times for delivery update. 1 -Customer care horrible support 2-Don't trust this Ajio offers and shipping 3 -Cash back not credited proper amount 4-Never suggest anyone to by Ajio products 5-don't waste the time and your data for this online shopping don't download the APP also”

“it's been a month n I didn't receive refund amount still and on their app they are showing as Refund initiated but I didn't receive any money still.... trying to contact them it's really worse process they are just providing the auto generated mail and not responding there customer.....worst service provider I have never ever seen....3 Times Complained on mail to customer care ajio they sent same mail which shows steps to returned the Product very Bad Experience as we receive other products good but returned policy is not good.””

“Worst experience.. I orderd 2 pair of converse shoes before 2 month ago from ajio but the size which I orderd was not fit on me. After that i raise return request.. Return was pickedup after 6 days but no refund was initiated yet. Instead of that refund they send me wrong or used slipers of puma. I talk more than 7 time to costmer care regarding my issue but thy all are saying mam your complaint raised from our side.. It will be resolved 24 hours.. 48 hours. But still not resloved my complant issue and i didnt get my refund yet...”
