You ppl are fraud.I had 936 Rs in my ajio wallet,i did transaction of 1500 and paid baalnce amount,transaction showexas failed,after trying again immediately all items from cart were out od stock and ajio wallet shows as Nil balance, so where is my Rs.936 ...?

Ajio was the most difficult and worse experience i have ever faced they are so laid back , after placing my order i got a confirmation email but never received the product i had ordered it as a gift and it was so disappointing when it did not turn up, i called customer care and they put me on hold for one hour straight it was a horrible experience then i finally found some other number online and told him that i was waiting for my product and it was cod and he just hung up the phone he could care less, shocked by the treatment very sketchy and shady behaviour on the part of the customer care team

This was the first time I thought of ordering through AJIO and have worst experience ever. Yesterday I ordered 8 items through AJIO and immediately money got deducted from my card, however I didn't get any confirmation for the order placed and in Orders section it shows you do not have any Orders. But I have received automatic email regarding the successful payment from my bank. I tried calling customer care number and even after waiting for more than 30 to 40 mins also no one picked up the call and it was only the music going on. Sent an email to AJIO Customer care and no response from them either. I have ordered so many times from Myntra and other sites and never had any issues. First time thought of ordering from AJIO and will never ever order again. Worst customer service and delivery. Never expected this awful experience from brand like Reliance.

Worstest service .I really regret to buy from this platform .How ridiculous they can be....I had orderd T-shirt before 8 days yet its not shipped.....and when informed about this just giving silly reason's of corona

Order no. ID: FL0166914687 was cancelled by me on the 26th of August 2020. However, despite my repeated requests and e-mails to the company, I am yet to receive any response or the refund amount of Rs.2593/-. My various emails to the Company is replied through automated reply giving the COVID 19 as an excuse. Customer care officer one say received return and another say not received. what is real situation dont say propery. i have awb no for product and them received sleep also. Very very cheat person i feel. i would like to say dont buy anything from this ajio site.

Very poor service. Getting very troubling to return items. Exchange takes more time. While returning item, most of the times the executive says, tag number mismatched and he will not pick up. We never faced thse problems with the amazon and flipkart

ORDER ID:FLO181771548 Delivery executive picked my product yesterday with all the price tags attached to that order.the products was looking very old so i choosed to returned it back,but your executive called me in the evening and told me that some tag is missing and çame back today and told me to take my products back..i told him very politely that i gave the product with tags but he was shouting and abusing me.And now Ajio is supporting him and changed the status to RETURN PICK UP ATTEMPTED.Ajio customer care never works.they never pick up the call..i will take action against Ajio..You people are highly unprofessional and pathetic service with a disgusting staff.

Hey, I m not able to place return request for my last 2 orders. The app is not allowing to create return request, customer care number is not working n noone is responding to the email. I have never experienced such bad service

Disappointed I ordered a dress and received a terrible looking kurta instead..when i tried to return the product, it took ages to get refunded..i thought of buying 5 cushion covers out of that refunded money in my ajio wallet and i got conned..they sent me only 2 cushion covers and that also not so similar to those shown in pictures..finally i am quitting ajio and will never buy from this app in future.

We ordered 6 items in AJIO online and started receiving one by one. On 7th Sep the courier delivered a packet to the security staff without informing us. On checking it was found that instead of 2 pieces only 1 was there. We complained on 14th sep no resolution but a message came stating issue resolved. Again complained on 24th sep same response. Customer care doesn’t pick up and were holding the call twice for half hour each. Sent an email no response. Very bad service and are gobbling up customer’s money. Was a regular customer at Trends but will avoid them and recommend that they are avoided.

Worst experience My ajio account is blocked .. or mere ajio wallet me 2899/- amount h.. bhut mail kiye but koi responce n h .. 4 product return bhi kiye uska bhi refund abhi tak nahi aaya ...plz don't use this app I am very very disppoined .. 2 month ho gaye customer care ko call karte karte but koi solution nahi h 10k wort

Tried calling customer care ,waited for 20 minutes no one picked up the call orders for the first time from ajio, and this is the last time I will never order from this site

Though backed by Reliance Group, the company seems to be least interested in resolving Customer's complaints. The excuse is COVID 19. Order no. ID: FL0161228108 was cancelled by me on the 4th of August 2020. However, despite my repeated requests and e-mails to the company, CEO of the Company and even to email id of RIL, I am yet to receive any response or the refund amount of Rs.638/-. My various emails to the Company is replied through automated reply giving the COVID 19 as an excuse. I also tried to resolve the issue by contacting their customer care no. 1800 889 9991 but the issue could not be resolved. I also tried to take up the issue though selfcare section in the App. However, customer care section of the APP itself is not working and shows the message “Oops, something went wrong. Try again.” It seems the company is very much interested in your business(taking your money) but have various excuses for refunding your money for cancelled orders. Rajesh Chander Gupta
