I ordered a Joe Pollen T-shirt. For one wash the color of t-shirt as spread. Worst product. Waste of money.

Very worst delivery system on my order. Customer care support won’t give any solution for an issue. Worst online shopping app. I don’t recommend shopping on Ajio.

I am shocked how this big company has no customer service number. The number which is available kn website is totally useless or I gues sits a wrong number. The mail service is also very delayed. You get wrong products from this website. Buy your products from other websites.

Worst service ever, delivered wrong size and even after two months of follow ups also they are not picking up the product. Whenever we call customer care they say 48 hrs and that never comes. Useless team

Hi, I have three products to be returned and I have initiated the return before the return policy date itself but it's been more than 20 days everyday I get message stating it's out of pick up but no one is coming to pick the product nor calling me and if I call to the mentioned number it wil get disconnect after beep sound.. But if they want to deliver the product and take the money they will reach correct time but to pick the product they don't have time....I have very much fed up and it's so much frustration calling them everyday and telling them same story repeatedly...it's costing me 3k and it's a loss for me. I m requesting evey one pls don't use this app very worst service and even product cost is very high wr the quality of the product is not capable of so much cost. It's worst app I can say. Pls use flipkart they will delivery the product on time and also pick the product and refund on time even the quality is worth paying the money.. Pls pls don't use this app orelse u will be in trouble and hit ur head.

Past 5 days i got msg only.. U will get delivery.. But still deliver not happend... And didn't get call also.. I dont get proper communcation also... Pls send my order updates as soon as possible

But till i didn't receive the items. Is it correct way to maintain the customer?. This is not a first time. Always i have faced this problem.day by day i m waiting for the items which will make me in depression. What type of customer service you have. I ordered a Jhon players shirt by looking the size chart. The measurements for the medium size are misplaced on the row for large size. All the measurements are totally incorrect.

I had purchased a red and white kurta( Siyahi brand) for 628 Rs. and on first wash the red colour ran on to the white portion. Now I am unable to wear it and as I had disposed the tags attached, i am not getting any refund or replacement. I feel cheated of my hard earned money. Ajio, you are not a trustworthy company anymore.

This is the worst and fraud app. One month passed , but I haven't got the order till now. They are not even cancelling the order , my money is blocked with them instead asking me to wait until the order comes which shows no sign of getting delivered. Their customer care is the worst. No good cancellation , refund , deliver policy.

Worst ever site ever, they are worst in giving customer service and customer products refund, high level management don't have time to resolve your, they ask us to visit bank and ask for the refund, is this the service they provide.
