“Ajio is fraud. Delivers used products and even refrains from returning and refunding the product. The customer care is the best part , they don't even take interest in solving the problems which were deliberately caused by their own company.The customer care is same like ajio not interested after delivering the used product.Ajio does not know how to conduct business.I would like to meet the owner of this unique careless Fraud company”

“Very bad and Very worst service plz I suggest don't buy and order from this websit 1st time in this diwali I order one kurta from this sit Order date given 22.10.2022 after two day date has been charged into 25th oct on 24th I called at customer care service person promised me order will deliver on 25th at 6.00 evening but today is 26th still I am not getting again I spoke to customer care that lady told me now it's deliver on 28th Oct mean my all festive has gone then I get my order .it's use less coz I order that for festive”

“Very worst service..since 19th October system is displaying out of order status and still I am waiting.They not provide you delivery boy no. so you can't contact him.Every day customer care of ajio by EOD you will get the product but nothing happens any day. The customer care no. of express bee is given but you will unable to connect with him.So I am going to consumer forum .So guys never ever go with this e-commerce site myntra is much better than this.”

“Very bad experience from shopping from Ajio. The burden is on the customer to prove that the product was delivered without tag.. Now i habe to write an e mail, upload photos of the product and alao the bar code and mention that the product was without tag. My 1500 Rs are stuck there, and i have ro go through this exercise”

“This is a worst app. They don't exchange or return even after several followups. I ordered 3products in that one was too loose in shoe size so immediately I put exchange with smaller. They didn't respond then I applied return No response Finally they send a mail seller denied and return rejected. Out of date. Worst worst worst. Don't buy Amazon is 200 times better they have support customer service.”

“Very bad experience with ajio app. If you wrongly ordered something you can cancel the same. If you call to costumer care no its always busy. If luckily any executive pickup the phone they don't have any solution. If you returned any product they have deducted cod / delivery charges as well. Its very bad... company should think about it as very small e-com companies provide very good services.”
