“I placed an order two times. Both the times, the order got delayed and not delivered on time. It was too late one time & other time it was not even delivered. When I speak to customer care, they will cut the call in the middle. Ajio needs to improve the customer support and the trust towards their deliverables.”

“I ordered one jacket and one pullover, not delivered yet. Also I complained 3-4 times but they commit to deliver by given time but not delivered. Worst experience ever with ajio , totally waste of time, I am not gonna suggest my references for this app”

“Ajio has the worst customer care team...this is regarding returns they only give you false assurance that return will get picked, then ask you to rate them after call but do nothing.....Awful experience regarding returns...now stuck with a Rs 5000 small size pair of shoes as return window closed. 🤬”

“Placed order for gold earrings on 31st October but not received as yet. Complaint 2ice no answer. We shall revert by end of the day. No one revert. No one responds with commitment. Learnt message they repeat.”

“FRAUD , MONEY MAKERS, NO BUSINESS SENSE.This is the worst online shopping app, I had ordered a lee cooper jeans for which I received a torn faded black jeans of some other brand which seams to be a used jeans. Moreover when I am trying to create a return request the app is crashing. I contacted their team via email and they respond that product can't be returned. I received a torn product on which company has no stands that they should return back my money. They are using people's hard earned money to grow. FRAUD , MONEY MAKERS, NO BUSINESS SENSE.”

“I ordered one top from AJIO. I got very cheap quality product. When I requested return, pickup time in thd app is showing after 20 days. Return time in the app is 21 days. He didn’t come on that day and called after two days when we were outside. I told him to come next day. He cancelled the return request. It’s all fraud. First time I ordered from AJIO”

“Cheter are there and performances of website is so bad, customer care also a very bad experience.. I order one shoe 1st they delivered wrong product and if I am going to search the option to replace i got the message the product is not delivered.. This type of website should be banned in India...pleas le don't buy any products from here”

“Shittiest customer service. I ordered a belt from Ajio Luxury. The tracking didn't work for 15 days, and after multiples call no updated was given to me. Then automatically, one day they send a mail saying your product cannot be delivered, we will refund you your amount. And after initiating the refund, it has been more than 10 days, and I haven't received my money back yet. Their policy tells that the money for accessories like best and etc. will be refunded in 10 business days. The customer service makes fake promises about connecting you to a supervisor and all but do nothing of this sort at all. DO NOT BUY FROM AJIO LUXURY. IT IS A WASTE OF YOUR MONEY, TIME AND EFFORTS.”

“COM00047379745 I did not receive the delivery of two of my dresses but in app it was updated mentioning that the dress is delivered. Im not getting any response from the team. It was told that the issue will be resolved by 8th Nov but now received mail saying that the issue will be resolved before 14th Nov. What kind of action the team is taking. Either deliver the dress or process the refund. This is bad.”

“I placed an order on AJIO, on 25th Oct and still not able to get my order. There is no follow up from Ajio side. They sent an order confirmation message on 25th October and a delivery message on 29th October with delivery agent contact number and same day, got a message that delivery failed. calling on given number and delivery agent is not answering calls. My order number FN7521307695. Since there is no follow from AJIO, kindly advise me can we expect this order to be delivered or not.”

“Even half rate is more..Ajio has cheated me..on sep 22nd i have raised the return request till now they keep on telling stories ..this is 3rd time I am facing this issue..Very hopeless service”
