I can’t give a 0 rating so I am giving the least possible rating. Customer care of AJIO is miserable and they don’t strive to action on any problems that you raise. AJIO return scheme is fraudulent. They seem to intentionally delay the return pickup for almost a month and later effortlessly cancel the return stating that the return period is elapsed. This is pure drama by AJIO. Despite raising multiple complaints in their so called customer care there is no resolution till date. Please don’t trust AJIO and loose money!

I recently made a purchase from Ajio amounting to approximately ₹4000. Among the items I was eagerly awaiting were a blazer and trousers, which were essential for an upcoming conference. However, to my disappointment, my order was cancelled from your end without any explanation. This cancellation is highly inconvenient, especially since I relied on the original delivery commitment for my event. To make matters worse, I have not yet received any refund for the cancelled items. This is extremely concerning, as it feels like a case of unfair treatment. How can you cancel an order after committing to deliver it on a specific date, especially when the items are still listed at the same price on your platform? This experience has shaken my trust in Ajio. I have shopped on many other platforms, but this has been one of the most frustrating experiences. I expected Ajio to honor its promises and commitments, but this has left me deeply disappointed. It is highly unethical to cancel discounted items on your own, then later increase the price. This feels like a fraudulent practice, and as a customer, I deserve transparency and respect. I request an immediate resolution to this issue, either by fulfilling my original order as promised or by issuing a full refund without any further delay. If this situation remains unresolved, I will no longer be using Ajio and will not recommend it to others. I look forward to your prompt response and action.

Have been trying to return a pair of defective Nike shoes. The return was confirmed by Nike company and since I had purchased this through Ajio they were instructed to pick up. Since our address was changed we intimated this to them. However they keep on sending to the wrong address which seems to be on purpose. It's been over 3 weeks and sheer mental harassment. Reading all the reviews I am scared that once they pick their next step will be to harass us for the refund. What to do. Will never ever buy from them.

One of the worst service provider. Don't buy. Chutiya banane ke dhande hai sirf. 29 sep ko purchase Kiya hai 9 oct hue but still product not received. Aur bol rahe 15 Tarik Tak wait Karo. I aslo prepaid paym5done. Aisehi logo ko fasa ke Ambani ladke ka shadi karvaya

I had received a wrong product. I had ordered for HOKIPO rectangular shape dinner mat. But received a circular shape small size dinner mat. So I been trying to reach the customer care people to return my product and get my refund.i even sent email to customer care they keep saying the image is not clear and some lame excuses.they are not ready to process the complaint.i am never going to buy from Ajio ever again.

I placed an order for a dress material, what I received was an entirely different color. I wanted to Return, and I was asked to Email to their Customercare @ajio.com. I have written nearly 10 emails with Pictures .Everytime they ask for a different picture. Their Customer care is very poor service.Please make sure you dont buy from this website or make sure to be satisfied with whatever they send cos they make return soo difficult /horrible Experience

I had a horrible experience with Ajio. The delivery agent took extra money from my mom instead of the original total and is not ready to return it ever since. We spoke to the manager also but no response. It’s more than 3 days now nothing from their side. Don’t shop from this website at all

Ajio does not honour its return policy, and violates the same. Ajio does not refund on returns Ajio thus violates both the Contract as well as Consumer Protection Laws.It's been a month since Ajio picked up my order for return. They have still not refunded my money. The return request was created within minutes of receiving the order & picked up the very next day. Multiple calls and emails to customer care only result in promise of escalation of complaint.

I had a bad experience with AJIO . I ordered one time on 17th Sept, 2024 and paid for that . The item was supposed to delivered in 4/5 days . But I did not receive it and then messaged Customer care and I was told that I will get the update by 1st of Oct. But all of a sudden they intimated me on 30th that the item is cancelled . They kept my money for more than 15 days . I am highly dissatisfied with a reputed company like AJIO .

It's been a month since Ajio picked up my order for return. They have still not refunded my money. The return request was created within minutes of receiving the order & picked up the very next day. Multiple calls and emails to customer care only result in promise of escalation of complaint.

This is a review about a product I never received, Neither ever heard about after I placed order. Thank God I did it cash on delivery, atleast my money got saved. Ajio is a terrible online service provider. No customer care. No one should buy from here. If anyone wants branded apparels. Please go to the store and buy. Do not use ajio please.

I place my order on 12 September and the delivery date provide by ajio was 18 September but I didn't receive the product. I tried to call customer care then they said to wait for 24-48hr after that period i called them again they said Same thing. I called them again and then they said that they raised the concern ticket specifically mentioned to resolve the issue by 28th of September and today is 29 September Still the issue is not resolved ,no updates are provided, no tracking link. Even the occasion for which I ordered the product had done but still there is no clue of delivery If someone is reading this i highly suggest that don't you this app, go for Myntra , even the messo is better.

I liked Ajio products , but no proper delivery partners available with them... Oilmill road, kammanahalli Bangalore From this delivery person never give the parcel, argue with us more if we called and asked for parcel.. Many times informed to ajio call center people answes good but no action taken or never give solution for it.. Very bad

Very bad service... when ever I place order the delivery person from kammanahalli, never deliver my parcel ... I complained many times to Ajio customer care.. problem never solved.. actually I liked the products from ajio but the service part very worst....
