“Disappointed with AJIO’s Products and Service 😔** I’ve been a regular AJIO customer, but my recent experience has left me disappointed. The product I received was of poor quality and didn’t match the description provided on their website. It’s frustrating to invest in something that doesn’t meet basic expectations. To make matters worse, their customer service was unhelpful and slow. Instead of resolving the issue promptly, the process was unnecessarily tedious. This isn’t what customers deserve from a brand they trust.”

“Very poor service delivery from Ajio. I had ordered a product on 28th March, and today is 4th April—yet I still haven't received it. I called customer support three times, and each time they said a complaint has been raised and that they would get back to me by 9th April 2025. The status shows "Out for Delivery," but I haven’t received a single call from any delivery person. It even says "Delivery Attempted but Failed," which is completely false. My office is open from 7 AM to 12 AM, and no one even contacted me. I would highly recommend Flipkart, Myntra, and Amazon instead. Ajio’s delivery experience has been the worst.”

“Very bad service. i paid on 20-3-25 for two quantity. one quantity delivered. balance one quantity still not delivered. today 1-4-25. 11 days gone. Very bad experience. No proper reply for second quantity despatch”

“I am a regular customer of Ajio.Last month I ordered a tee from Ajio which was oversized for me.The return request was generated immediately.After repeated changes in return pick up dates from Ajio's end ,one fine day Ajio cancelled the return pick up without any explanation after more than 20days.After more than 1.5 months and 3 complaints and multiple calls ,the customer care has not resolved the issue.They raise new complaints every time.The convenience fee we pay is definitely not giving any convenience.This has happened a few years back too but later the delivery and pick up issues have been resolved.As I have no way to escalate the level and resolve my issue,I am forced to leave this review.”

“I ordered some non returnable stuff and I am literally so upset . Why did I even trust ajio without reading any review. Not gonna buy anything again from your app! So sad to say I wasted my money. And this is the last time I ordered something. The product is purely different from what was showing in the picture. And it's non returnable.! Well done ajio !!!”

“We have been following up with the customer care team for over 2 weeks now for a refund of the wrong product that was delivered. The customer care department is not at all helpful. We have been emailing the team with all the required images of the wrong product that was delievered however they are not able to coordinate with their email department to check on the details. Each time we follow up they just have to say we are sorry but the email department could not view the images and nothing much we can do, you have to wait for 48 hours. They do not even coordinate with email team to check the concerns. AJIO has the most unprofessional team. Our money is yet not refunded.”
