“Delivery of wrong item.(Order ID: FN9834504854)Daevish women 3 piece cord set. wrong item delivery at my doorstep by ajio.I have opened the package in front of delivery agent and showed the wrong product delivery.When I filed complaint from my ajio app along with pictures,they denied return saying that the correct item has been sent to you.When I asked proof for that they again denied.I have been ordering from ajio for past 1 year almost every month and since then I have never such type of cheating act from ajio.”

“I have purchased one wrist watch unfortunately from Ajio. Upon unboxing the packet found it was discolored and defunct. When return request initiated the person came, he refused to pick up as it's little bit different from website. Spoke to Ajio customer care executive they seemed very helpless. Sent mails but till the date there is no resolution comes out. Ajio is just extending the dates of resolution. It's painful for me. Much better Flipkart or other window shopping app. Please please refrain from Ajio”

“I recently purchased the O3+ Dermal zone Face Wash from Ajio.The price I paid was Rs. 354, while the MRP is listed as Rs. 285. When i call customer services said to send a mail when i sent mail reply contact customer care.again i call customer services again said to send mail again.again i sent mail no reply.”

“I have recently ordered sliders and shoes from Ajio and its a pre paid order. They canceled my order by saying technial logistical issue. And when i placed the same order for COD. It was delivered. This is soo unacceptable!!”

“They're terrible. I ordered 3 items for a friend with a wrong pin code. They delivered 2 of them but kept saying they couldn't deliver the third coz of the pin code. They couldn't update the pin or cancel the product. As a customer, my only option is to wait for the 3rd failed delivery attempt for tje product to reach tje warehouse and tje refund to be processed. They can't do anything including communicating with their delivery partners. No process in place, no help, no options, no service. The customer service rep even said the friend should pick up the order from the pin code mentioned - as if a pin code is a mall or a temple. Terrible is the word”

“I had a worst ever experience with AJIO, i ordered fit Jeans on 14th june 2024 but delivery date moved for 27, but again it's not delivered, then delivery date change to 30th June, Now it shows 3rd of July, Still how many time u change the delivery date...?? so am completely disappointed with this. Here it's shows the complete negligence & poor response . If I ordered today means they will deliver by next month....?”

“They sell wrong products and don't take returns. Their delivery partners keep sending messages that they tried to pick up the package but could not with an obvious intention to not accept returns. Scoundrels!! Don't know how they are surviving with such pathetic return policy and no one to listen”

“Very poor service Ordered 3 products After 20 days , delivered one product only and cancelled other 2 products after 20 days 🤣🤣. Totally unreliable. I think they have no inventory and tries to make jugads to arrange the products after the order. That's why they take too much time in delivery the orders and cancel if jugad is not set. Very bad experience.”

“I ordered a heel from ajio but it didn't fit me well also the quality so decided to return and get refund. But it is has been more than 20 days i haven't got my refund yet. Also when I call customer care they doesn't respond and if they do they're always like give me reference id and ask me to mail my bank statement. So even if I do that they're like do it again and again.. Such a disgrace we live in... Scamming innocent money... And the fun part is in my ajio account they're showing refund initiative to directly refunded like really? Do buy from ajio such a shame and scamming apps u got...”
