“I have an expensive wooden BBQ table and needed a cover for it. Alco was the only company I could find that had easy to use custom dimensions orders. Been using my cover for 6 months now. The quality is great. I recommend them.”

“The covers are perfectly made and fit is perfect as well. Communication with the staff regarding delivery was inconsistent but everyone was extremely polite. The product was somewhat pricey but consistent with the quality and workmanship. I would recommend Alco Covers for what should be a lasting quality product.”

“My wife and I are in love with this cover. We had it made to protect our glass patio table and leather dining chairs both from the hot sun and of course the winter weather. The quality of the material is great as is the workmanship overall and the fit is excellent. I can recommend Alco custom covers to anyone needing a custom fit cover.”

“My water softer had to go outside and I live in AZ. Wanted some extra protection from the desert elements. Alco made one that fits good and not hard to look at. The cover was damaged in shipment. It was replaced with no problem. Customer service made it easy on the phone. The 18oz fabric is very durable and the construction is solid, which should contribute to a long life. I would recommend one of these covers if you’re anal like me and want extra protection for an investment of a outdoor water softener. My softener and I are happy in AZ.”

“While it did take 52 days to finally receive the order - they are great. A perfect fit. My complaint comes from the fact they do not update you for your specific order. The emails are very basic and general. Better customer service is needed. BUT - if you don't mind the wait time... this is a great service. They are made in India - which I didn't know. But it is an american company you work with.”

“Previously, we had used an outdoor grill cover from a local hardware store as a cover for our outdoor water softener. The grill cover was not a good fit and, after a year, had been shredded by the weather. About 5 months ago, we bought an ALCO cover. Because we could give custom measurements, it is a perfect for our water softener. It is also made of a much more robust material. So far, it has shown no signs of wear and tear, and I expect it to last many years.”

“A terrific cover, at an amazing price. We'd looked all over for a tarp to cover a very large, oddly-shaped BBQ and were resigned to spending five times as much as we did with Alco. What we got was sturdier and better-built that we were hoping for, and a small fraction of what we expected to send. Couldn't be happier.”

“Alco Covers did a great job making my custom potting bench cover. The cover is very well made and should last a long time in our rough Chicago winters. It fits perfect and exceeded my expectations. “After trying multiple covers for our fire pit which were poor fitting and when it rained left the fire pit wet I decided to try Alco for a custom fit. It was a little more expensive but well worth the extra money. It is much better quality and fits perfectly, even better than the original cover. I liked that you had more choices of color than black or tan, I got brown that matches my furniture. I thought the whole process was easy and good customer service and I received it in a timely manner.”

“We had an outdoor bar built for our house and wanted to protect it for all seasons as it can't be moved and we live in upstate New York. After searching numerous outlets we decided on ALCO. We sent in the dimensions and they made a very durable cover that fits like a glove! The material is heavy duty and I am confident it will last for a long time. I would highly recommend this company to everyone. Great job!”

“I HAVE A ODD SIZED CUSTOM MADE GRILL THAT NEEDED A QUALITY COVER. I WAS TRULY IMPRESSED WITH THE QUALITY AND DETAIL THAT WENT INTO TO MY CUSTOM MADE COVER. MY COVER WASN'T DELIVERED WHEN FIRST PROMISED BUT WHEN I CONTACTED THEM, THEY REFUNDED THE EXTRA MONEY I PAID FOR SPEED DELIVERY RIGHT AWAY AND MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED CLOSE TO THE PROMISE DATE ANYHOW. I AM VERY HAPPY WITH MY COVER AND I WILL USE THEM AGAIN”

“I ordered a custom cover for an L-shaped outside couch. It was about December 2019 or so. The communication about the order was limited, and it took a bit of time to receive, but it was worth waiting for. The cover is good, it is light but sturdy, and it fits well. If I need another cover, I'll consider Alco first.”

“Same situation as all the recent reviews here. Ordered in April, each week they push back and say "expected to ship next Monday". I've been hearing this since early May. Service is awful, with no followups or check-ins. The "track order" feature on the site doesn't work. I would love to review the actual product and will change my review depending if it ever arrives. It's better for a company to be honest and upfront with expected arrival times. If they would have just told me it was arriving late - mid June I wouldn't be upset here. It's the constant "next week, next week, next week". Many other companies make custom covers, if not received I am going that route. Also, we are all dealing with COVID - stop using that as an excuse with every email response, just give us all semi-accurate times for delivery. It's not hard, be professional. *EDIT* All the above still stands but I did finally receive my order. The covers are made in India so I am sure that is one hold up in the equation here. Shipping was actually very fast via FedEx once I got a tracking number. I will say, the quality of the actual cover itself is truly remarkable. Thick material, great stitching, came with a bag to hold it, and literally a PERFECT fit for my order, which had over 20 different measurements. I am very satisfied with the quality and product. I would say if you’re going to order, just have the mindset that it will take about 2-3 months to receive, not 12 working days. As long as you are okay with that timeframe, it’s worth the wait. But it is an american company you work with. ORIGINAL REVIEW: LOOK AT ALL THE RECENT REVIEWS BEFORE ORDERING!!!! I WISH I WOULD HAVE!!!!! When ordered, the website says 7-10 working days. It's been a month since ordering and haven't received my order. An email was sent with an expected ship date by 6/7/20. Today is 6/4/20. I am hoping I get a shipment tracking number by 6/7. If I do, I will change my review. I believe they need to change their website with updated information regarding shipping. Part of the reason I ordered these custom covers was because of the turn around time. I hope they are of good quality and are correct in their design and fabrication.”
