“I am very pleased with my ALCO cover and the amazing customer service provided! First, the cover is great quality and fit my outdoor sectional perfect. I also have a lot of oversized pillows that fir perfectly under the cover as well. Most covers, you know, look like a cover. The ALCO cover is of high quality and design and looks sharp. I also was very pleased with their outstanding customer service. There was a delay in my cover and I contacted customer service. They were fantastic in responding to the situation and their follow up. I will definitely be ordering from ALCO again for additional quality protection for the investment I have made in patio furniture. Thank you ALCO team for a great experience!!! Jeff from Illinois”

“I finally received my (oddly shaped) custom cover and I just want to extend my sincere gratitude for a job, very well done. Although the process from ordering to actually receiving my cover has been long, very time consuming and extremely tedious, I truly do appreciate you critical and exacting attention to detail. Thanks for sticking with the project, your patience with me and the extreme attention to detail has provided me with a cover that fits perfectly and should outlast the furniture it was designed to protect. “I was told when I ordered my cover it would take 10-14 days before it would ship. This was longer than usual because of COVID, and that’s understandable. Their website gives an expected ship date, which has changed a couple times, but still says it will ship on 7/23, but so far hasn’t. I contacted ALCO Covers via their website. They reached out to me personally, and guaranteed shipment within the week. Customer service works.”

“This company makes a very nice, quality cover. While I did have an issue with a mismeasurement on my first order, the company worked with me to fix the error and get me updated covers at their expense. I recommend that you be very careful when you do your measurements and if their standard measurement requests don't make sense, make sure you double check it with the company to make sure both parties are on the same page. In the end, I am very happy and honestly blown away with the quality of the covers for the price paid. Thanks for making it right Alco!”

“Alco covers provided a high quality, heavy duty equipment cover that works fantastically! First off, I work in a powerplant and the equipment I needed a cover for was not a grill or patio furniture, but an oil pump cart. This cart is very strangely shaped and required several measurements and pictures, but Jed was thorough and got it right in one go! Both covers (I have two carts) are sturdy and fit perfectly. The straps tighten just enough to keep them secure and the zipper seems to be high quality as well. Considering the conditions they'll be in, I'm hoping to get about 2 years out of them (cooling towers are brutal) and then I'll be ordering another set! If they last longer I'll be even happier, but for a relatively inexpensive custom cover, that would be phenomenal. I will be using this company again if I need covers for either home or work! Thanks!”

“I rated Alco Custom Covers a 4 as opposed to a 5 for the simple fact that what was originally quoted as shipping in 2 weeks took 2 months. Would I order from them again: absolutely! Why? Because when they were altered to this major delay, they did everything a reasonable person can to try to make it right including providing a refund for part of the purchase price. Plus when it did arrive, it fit my grill perfectly and appears to be made from the highest quality materials. When a company performs perfectly the first time you take it for granted. The real test of a firm who is customer-service oriented is how they react when there is a mistake. In this department, Alco gets an A+.”

“We are in California, so trying to correspond with a company across the country in Florida should have some difficulties. Not with ALCO Covers. ALCO made our job so easy. They gave us step by step directions for measuring our very complicated outdoor kitchen. They sent us a very reasonable quote and even sent suggestions on what weight and color of materials to select. This all occurred during the Pandemic, so we assumed things would move slowly. Not so. Monica, our contact, responded promptly to every email. Every question and concern was answered. Our cover came this morning. It is perfect. It even came sooner than they estimated. We would recommend ALCO Covers to anyone looking for a quality patio cover.”

“This is my second time ordering. So I'm a repeat customer. I believe last time I gave them 4 stars because my order took longer to arrive. It seems like they improved their process because my order came very fast. Less then two weeks. The quality has always been A1 and the price is on par with quality cloth covers, but cloth can not compare to heavy duty vinyl. My outdoor speakers stay dry and when I remove them after a rain, they are not heavy and soggy wet like cloth!!”

“Very pleased with the customer service, they answered all my questions and kept me updated on production status and delivery especially during these trying times. My cover was received in a timely manner and it fit perfectly! It was very well made and from very durable material and the thickness was better than you would typically see in covers bought elsewhere. I really like the stitching and especially the radius corners which prevents the cover from catching during removal. Love the handles which are on all 4 sides which aids in removal. The straps are great for securing the cover on windy days and the vents reduces moisture build up on damp days. I highly recommend this product!”

“Highly impressed with quality of cover. The material is thick and durable. Tie down straps keep the cover secure in high winds. I really liked the grommeted vents which help alleviate moisture build up and prevent rusting of my equipment. A very beneficial feature in an ocean front salt environment. My order shipped promptly and arrived in a very reasonable amount of time.”

“Alcocovers hooked me up! I just re did my garden and wanted something that looked nice to protect my workbench, but also provide great and easy functionally to access it. The were able to design and make cover that worked perfectly. Highly recommend!”
