“I couldn’t give it 0 stars or I would. Absolutely the worse experience buying a product off the internet. Cover shipped 2 months after I ordered it. After waiting 2 months for what was supposed to be a 100% waterproof cover it’s anything but. Leaks like crazy with the least bit of rain. I contacted customer service and after a couple of emails I thought they might make it right. Nope and now they have quit replying to emails. Looks like I’m stuck with a $100 heavy duty cover leaking 100% of the time when I should have bought a cheap $30 cover from somewhere that leaks just as good.”

“Received our custom cover for our grill/bar area and Alco Covers exceeded our expectations. I would not hesitate to recommend them for creating your own custom cover. “We ordered the couch cover and an ottoman cover. The couch cover was delivered in a box wrap in clear wrap. No ottoman cover. I have contacted the company many time on issue and they claim that it was in the same box. IT WAS NOT. I opened the box, there was No other wrapping or filler in box other than clear wrap couch cover. They stopped responding and just repeated themselves. Customer service was horrible and although couch cover fits nicely, I told my neighbors who were also looking for covers to go elsewhere due to service, and that they refuse to make things right.”

“I could not be happier with my L shaped patio bar cover!! It fits perfectly, made from good quality materials for a very reasonable price. The best part is that it arrived in less than 3 weeks! As I add to my patio I will definitely use them again!”

“Even though it took a little longer than normal, my customer outdoor island cover fits perfectly and the quality is far better than any store-bought cover I've purchased in the past. The cover is designed specifically for my island and I was able to factor in the faucet as well. Extremely happy with my purchase and the cost was more than reasonable.”

“Unbelievably beautiful quality. Extremely happy. I have been buying covers for my outdoor sofa set from Homedepot for years. They last max. of 2 years then tear from the sun. This Alco cover fits like a dream and I can tell it will last for many years. Plus you can set up the outdoor furniture the way you want to store it to access easily. So now we will use the furniture more since it isn't such a chore to get it set back up. It is all customized to what you want. It costs maybe 2x what the awful HD covers cost but it so much better. Don't hesitate. Love the quality. Our cover is made from a heavyweight vinyl that doesn't look like it will tear from the weight of the rain or rot in the sun. We live in Seattle so plenty of rain.”

“I have ordered several covers from ALCO and will be ordering more. The workmanship and quality of these covers are amazing; strong and durable. They fit the furniture (2 tables, 4 benches, 1 fire pit) perfectly. And they look great. The online ordering is easy with detailed instructions on measuring, etc. so it is almost impossible to make a mistake.”
