“Aldi is brilliant value for money if you aren't bothered about big brands! The only thing is the checkouts are extremely fast and there aren't as many staff as the larger stores but that helps them keep the costs low!”

“I recently purchased a litre carton of Cowbelle British Skimmed Milk [UHT]. After allowing to rest for a small amount of time chilling in the chiller, the chilled milk was found to be refreshing to drink, ideal for an accompaniment to coffee and I would imagine excellent in tea, but unfortunately I forgot to purchase any from Aldi that day, so you could say they failled me there, but otherwise an excellent trip was enjoyed by all. I did also notice that the milk offered a very low fat content count and is an excellent source of calcium and Vit B12.”
“Customer service Nil. Purchased an electric Tiller from them which was Aldi branded in an Aldi box with Aldi marked all over the tiller. Box and instructions stated a 3 year warranty, after first use the tiller broke,unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt,but thought it would just be a case of common sense taking place as it is an Aldi branded product and obviously not 3 years old so returned it to Store. Suffice to say no common sense ensued and they did not want to know , same response from customer service on e mail. Made my shopping at Aldi expensive so have returned the weekly shop to Asda, might pay a little bit more weekly but at least the service is there. Perhaps this is the price you have to pay for budget. shopping. To summarise warranty's are not worth the boxes or paper they are written on.
Cheaper in the long run to use reputable stores in case there is a problem.”
“Our son is autistic and hates super markets how ever the staff at our local store are very proffessional and make our son feel relaxed and happy to shop there .Also when we had a problem with some produce and the manager was totaly nice and gave us refund no questions asked one happy family who will go back there again”
