“Aldi never ceases to bring a smile to my face. After filling a trolley to the brim and anticipating the bill, I am always left astonished at how much less my grocery shopping comes to when compared to my usual high street stores. What's more the selection and range on offer combined with very high quality has put it as my number one store.”

“I recently purchased a litre carton of Cowbelle British Skimmed Milk [UHT]. After allowing to rest for a small amount of time chilling in the chiller, the chilled milk was found to be refreshing to drink, ideal for an accompaniment to coffee and I would imagine excellent in tea, but unfortunately I forgot to purchase any from Aldi that day, so you could say they failled me there, but otherwise an excellent trip was enjoyed by all. I did also notice that the milk offered a very low fat content count and is an excellent source of calcium and Vit B12.”

“Customer service Nil. Purchased an electric Tiller from them which was Aldi branded in an Aldi box with Aldi marked all over the tiller. Box and instructions stated a 3 year warranty, after first use the tiller broke,unfortunately I have misplaced the receipt,but thought it would just be a case of common sense taking place as it is an Aldi branded product and obviously not 3 years old so returned it to Store. Suffice to say no common sense ensued and they did not want to know , same response from customer service on e mail. Made my shopping at Aldi expensive so have returned the weekly shop to Asda, might pay a little bit more weekly but at least the service is there. Perhaps this is the price you have to pay for budget. shopping. To summarise warranty's are not worth the boxes or paper they are written on. Cheaper in the long run to use reputable stores in case there is a problem.”

“Our son is autistic and hates super markets how ever the staff at our local store are very proffessional and make our son feel relaxed and happy to shop there .Also when we had a problem with some produce and the manager was totaly nice and gave us refund no questions asked one happy family who will go back there again”

“4K Ultra HD TV delivered was damaged by couriers, Aldi reacted speedily, without any argument, refunding the money and picking up the damaged goods and sending a £10 voucher for the bother. Great customer service.”

“A great range of products at affordable prices. My husband works for another supermarket and receives a 10% discount on purchases but even with the discount, Aldi is far cheaper. The staff are always very cheerful and helpful. A very customer friendly store”

“Visited our regular store today in Washington. Absolutley devastated fruit Veg and Salad aisle totally empty. Staff lovely and very apologetic but totally unbelievable as I've shopped there for more than two years and always been able to buy what I needed without having to go elsewhere. Devastated-something drastically wrong when an excellent shops changes so quickly. Please sort asap before you lose loyal customers”
