"Prices are good but products are changing for the worse. I use Yuka to check for additives and nutritional value and there have been several products that have changed for the worse in the last year or so. Most recently, the protein pots that were made with quark are now milk based yoghurt, they have several new additives including aspartame and pectin, and they taste awful, the lemon cheesecake and vanilla were both really good, they are now too thick, chalky and sour, the same happened with some veggie burgers a while ago and the pizzas and ready meals. Probably a quest to save a few pence at the expense of customers health."

"Shocking customer service, the till assistant told me that I should have gone to the checkout instead of coming to her till after she let someone push infront of me, continued smirking. I asked for the manager the manager took her side I started recording the incident and he snatched the phone off me and pushed me to which I then pushed him back and banned me from his store. I asked for both their names but they wouldn\u2019t provide me with it even though the customer service team said they need to be wearing their badge and provide the first name. I shop at aldi many times, so they\u2019ve just lost a customer . The staff need serious training. The situation could have been handled completely differently if the manager just deescalated the situation instead of escalating it. I\u2019ve worked in customer service before and I\u2019ve never experienced anything like it. Aldi need to have a serious word with them because they\u2019re bad for business! Awful customer service and I\u2019ll never shop at aldi again. I\u2019ve posted the interaction on TikTok and I hope people can avoid the Leeds road Thornbury store in Bradford"

"Hello team,\r\nI have always been a big fan of your Belmont fig roll biscuits, until the last box I bought when I was hugely disappointed that you seem to have changed the recipe,they were not even good,it wasn't an out of date box, in fact the usual ones I liked even if i had left them out to get hard! \r\nI went to pick one up today to try again, but sadly really they are not even palatble enough.\r\n I don't eat many biscuits but they were my go to, and only Aldi fig rolls! So sad about that.Otherwise Aldi is still a great store!"

"Just bought the Aldi 7ft Pre Lit Luxury Premium Christmas Tree.\r\nWOW how beautiful, have been looking for several weeks been to David Jones, Myers, Costco, Target ,K Mart , Big W as well as specialty Christmas Shops.\r\nThen I went to Aldi purchased this tree it looks just as good as the specialty shops, Myers or David Jones, and so much cheaper only $139.\r\nEasy to assemble comes in 3 sections. Place bottom section into the sturdy steel base, unfold the branches, and fluff them out.\r\nRepeat with mid and top sections.\r\nTree is now looking fantastic.\r\nPlug in and switch on, up to you on whether you want to decorate it further or leave as is.\r\nThe built in lights are just stunning and you have a few settings to choose from.\r\nExcellent tree for such a low price highly recommend."
