“The shopping experience is always pleasant, unfortunately customers feel they can undo packaging and open products leaving them back on the shelves, something shoppers don't seem to do in other supermarkets. I used to shop at Sainsburys, but the prices compared to Aldi are way too high, my tip is get in early you will be pleasantly surprised at how good the shelves look, I love the fact that you do not pack your bags at the checkout, as I always used to feel the customer behind me in the queue was breathing down my neck, so I pack into my car boot, and take my time. Not an employee, just almost an OAP. Colchester branch on the London Road, staff are excellent, if I can't reach an item on the top shelf they are only too happy too help.”
