“Decent priced items, good selection of food on offer. Much cheaper than main supermarkets, only issue is there can be large queues, some stores have narrow isles”

“It was my first shopping experience at Aldi for a long time and I enjoyed the range of quality food, in particular some of the organic and vegan products. The service at the till was welcoming and helpful. Thank you Claire (Lancaster store).”

“Sincame from devon took me shopping I suffer with panicattacks and copd he had me and two young children didnt realise the parking times have changed just got a fine for £40 not happy considering I spent £58'in aldi so much for value for money you needto put some sort of reminder in store about parking times will not use the store again or any aldi”

“I visited aldi in strathaven today. I was most impressed by your manager There. He was most helpful to us and very pleasant about taking the time to advise us about one of your products. In today's climate people complain all the time about everything thought you might like to hear something positive. Thank you”

“I recently purchased a notebook from Aldi.co.uk, as they had sold out in store. This is the first time I used the website, which I found easy to navigate and the delivery was super quick and efficient, arriving within 3 days. It was helpful to be able to track the order. There was no delivery charge, so what's not to like. Would be happy to use their online service again.”

“The shopping experience is always pleasant, unfortunately customers feel they can undo packaging and open products leaving them back on the shelves, something shoppers don't seem to do in other supermarkets. I used to shop at Sainsburys, but the prices compared to Aldi are way too high, my tip is get in early you will be pleasantly surprised at how good the shelves look, I love the fact that you do not pack your bags at the checkout, as I always used to feel the customer behind me in the queue was breathing down my neck, so I pack into my car boot, and take my time. Not an employee, just almost an OAP. Colchester branch on the London Road, staff are excellent, if I can't reach an item on the top shelf they are only too happy too help.”

“I was unwell before Christmas the staff got a chair and a drink ,my sugar had dropped to low and they were kindness itself , I would like them for helping me as I am 84 years and it really helped me”

“Recently I have been shopping in Aldi and I can't fault the price and quality of products, however, other supermarkets have loyalty schemes that are very beneficial for the customer and I feel like I am getting no reward for being a loyal customer!”

“Just started shopping there now after being ripped off at Tesco prices are reasonable the only downside they don't sell frozen mash potatoes so I still have to go to Tesco it's still a very pleasant experience Mansfield store”
