Aldi hand cream, which I like, remains the same price 79p but it used to be 125ml and now the tube is only 75ml. That is a heck of a price hike. I use Lacura night & day creams, eye gel, shampoo and hand wash so clearly I am a fan.

Called yesterday to purchase a plant for Mother's Day. There were a lot of lovely plants at a good price but couldn't buy one as they were all looking sad! All because they weren't watered! Why do they stock so many and not bother with keeping them watered? Surely one staff could easily water them. I assume the plants are thrown in the skip as they are not sellable in their state. What is the point of cheap food if there is so much waste in the sale of their plants??

Prices and service still fairly good value. But cut flowers are poor: lilies fail to open, and tulips wither in 2-3 days,(The buckets in which they are displayed often contain no water, at the Chipping Norton store) Specialty cheeses often dry and stale.

Please stop changing you basic food items to inferior ones - eg mature cheddar, now way too salty the other was a lot better. Chicken tikka etc ready meals, the new supplier is far inferior quality product and it certainly isn’t cooked on 20mins. Yogurt, who wants mince meat flavour even at Xmas? Please stick to the better quality suppliers.

Some food items good, but why do they change the suppliers of products for inferior ones? Mature cheddar, was lovely, but have now changed to one with Welsh milk. It is very very salty tasting. Also changed ready meal chicken tikka etc and the new supplier isn’t as good quality, very runny sauce and it certainly isn’t cooked in 20mins! I agree with other reviewers that the checkout is very fast, you need to put the products in your trolly then sort out after you have paid, which is abit of a bind!

I have loved shopping at Aldi stores for years. Recently the Bury St. Edmunds shop was refurbished. It was definitely a big mistake because now the isles are far too narrow, you cannot find half of the products you want, not to mention the price rises every week. Has anyone else noticed the extra 10p’s going on lots of items each week? Such a shame really because Aldi were such good value, but today, not as good as they used to be. Please open up the Isles so that you can have trolleys passing one another without diffuculty, and take the flower stand away from the front entrance so that you can enter the shop without bumping into everyone buying flowers.

Aldi is great value for money but its customer service is non-existent.On a weekly visit yesterday to the Nantwich branch, the staff looked harassed, it was difficult to navigate around the shop as so much stuff was being shifted after the holiday and it was just unpleasant. There was a long queue at the till (and this was soon after the store opened), a new till was NOT opened and when I called out to the assistant at the till asking if another one could be opened (and I did say please!), the reply was 'No'! I was dumbfounded by this rudeness but another till was opened and I am wondering what kind of pressure the employees are under to behave in such a fashion. Lots of room for improvement here!

Been using Aldi for some years. Know the store from Germany. Good things about Aldi are the low prices which sometimes stay the same for 18 months or more. Products are mostly pretty good quality too. Recently maybe they have hired some folks from the the other supermarkets, but they have started to disappoint. Majorly, as was ever thus, everything is price matched with Lidl and vice versa - must be against competition law, mustn't it? Then, packs have fewer items inside for the same price; prices are going up by silly percentages. instead of some sort of inflation based 2-3% rise, its way above. People notice these things over time. Take eggs, for example - 10 large eggs and the last rises. Just be happy with lots of market share, turnover growth and therefore profit and the huge extra you make on booze versus Germany. And keep things in stock. It's okish to have to search through mounds of packs of frozen fruit for the Cherries you want, but not for there to be none there very frequently after all that effort! I could go on, but you get my drift. Don't take loyal customers for granted.

Good products and variety but do not like how fast I have to be at the till to keep up with cashiers. Coming from a customer whose current supermarket asks me if I want help with my packing like plenty others it does affect my decision to shop at Aldi.

Could do with a 10 items or less, one old couple behind me shot straight in front when they opened another till, then played the infirm card !, they were quick enough to jump in front! off like a horse out the starting block! When I queue , and I have a trolley, I gladly let someone in front if they have 2 or 3 items and so does the average person, not the elderly, they are on permanent holiday and they are always in a hurry, and even queue outside the Post Office waiting for it to open, whats all that about? Please Aldi, a 10 items or less or a quick scan machine for those of us who just have a jar of coffee or loaf of bread. Thank You

I shop at Aldi nearly 3_4 times a week and always look out for the special sales on offer on Sunday. A recent leaflet given out said you would have on sale on Sunday 25th a 24" Bauhn combi television. I asked one of the staff at the aldi store, Sutton Road, Hull if they would have any at that store. She said yes but there will only be a few. Me and my husband parked up at 9am then stood at the doors so we were the first in the queue. When it opened I immediately asked an assistant where the televisions were. Straight away she organised one for me as they had not been put out in the store. She then took me to the till and another assistant stormed up and said that the one I had and the other (there were only two delivered to the store) were reserved! The assistant that was dealing with me was superb and an absolute gold star to Aldi. She immediately said to the other assistant we are not allowed in any way to reserve anything for customers. I could see the other assistant wasn't happy and apparently the deputy manager had reserved them for a friend called Heather. Surely this is against rules and I'm sure aldi could be fined for this. I think the deputy manager isn't acting in the best interests of Aldi at all. The assistant that served me is loyal to your Company. This is not right, surely that inhouse reserving from senior staff for friends is allowed to happen. Shame on that person.

I really like Aldi, as the advertisement says, you can get healthy food cheap but some of the staff are just awful. One staff member who was filling shelves near me was really rude fast and almost aggressive while I was shopping and the till staff really rush you through the checkout it's like they're on speed even when it's not busy (unlike M&S who are always patient and pleasant).

Hasn't made me happy for month's as you say you do not sell GMO products, but you do. Your sugar made by Pantry is GMO sugar Beet. Not to mention how most of your products like other supermarkets sell toxic food. The Christmas Turkey Parcel was the last straw for me. Stuffing was not proper stuffing and you forgot to tell us that it was bound together with toxic plastic string. Tasteless and a bacon which even my dog couln't chew. No more Aldi for me.

I shop at Aldi weekly and buy the majority of my shopping for the whole week. I do have to shop elsewhere for some things as the range of goods is a bit limited. However the value of the Aldi shop is well worth my weekly shop. The Aldi staff are always happy and helpful.

I like Aldi for most things but they need a regular free from section. The occasional gluten free weeks drive me mad. You cannot be coeliac for a couple of random weeks in a year! Just a small section would make shopping so much easier.
