I like the awning covers; however, I needed one in a size they don't have so I ordered the next size up and it works just fine. The other was a size I needed but it really doesn't fit - it is too snug. I had to use a pliers to pull on the fabric to get the cover to reach over the ends. It's up there for the winter and next summer I will have to see what I can do to make it actually fit properly. Snug is one thing, this is just too small.

Very nice on the phone. Information was appreciated and order made upon this basis. One main concern however: the name on the package was Caroline (incorrect) rather than Catherine. This caused confusion in Miami delaying it there. When it did reach Statia, a separate bill of lading was made $15.00 Plus $7.50 insurance. The freight was minimal, but if properly addressed would have been matched with the other cargo and not incurred the additional $22.50. It is for this reason I am very particular, yes picky about the address which goes on the packages and invoices. We all make mistakes, and all previous dealings with you have gone smoothly, so I have confidence that our future dealings will go smoothly as well. Thank all of you being so helpful.

The item I ordered was out of stock and not expected in for at least 6 weeks. Aleko just called and offered me a different model at the same price and said they will ship it by Monday. Can't ask for more than that. Oh, and their product did not fail but was broken by a careless user. Rand Hall

I ordered two of the roll out awnings. The product itself is great. Good quality and great value. The reason for 4 starts is the assembly instructions. The printed instructions supplied with the product were missing a page. After finding the missing page on-line I realized I had overlooked a step and had to rework some of the assembly. Complete instructions, or a assembly video, would earn 5 stars.

So far we love it! Takes longer than it says to reach the set temp especially in cold weather so if we want to use it in evening we turn the temp up in the AM. Normally we set it at 100 to reduce electricity use. We also bought an inflatable bladder to put on top (under the provided soft lid) to prevent the pooling of rain water which then cools down the tub when not in use. Helps to insulate. Also we put a foam base beneath the tub to help insulate and protect from any sharp bits that could be on the ground. Oh lastly the filter that needs to be changed Or cleaned every 180 hours— will start beeping incessantly and the heater will turn off until you change it/reset it. So we just set a date and time weekly for the filter care to prevent that from happening. So far so good!! Well worth the $$ as long as it lives a season or two!

I ordered the 10 x 20 awning, the directions were less than desirable. Hard to follow, and some steps were left out. When programming the remote a whole set of steps was left out. Very happy with the awning under outside and got the issue with the remote resolved by talking to the tech.

Nice Tub. Had a problem with the heating unit 2 days after I got it. Service Department sent me a new unit with a link showing how to put the new one in. Took about an hour and a half. Has been working great ever since. Without the problem I would have given it 5 stars.

I purchased a 3x5 pedestrian gate. The quality was good and the price was good. However, the drawings were mostly about the dimensions of parts and not about assembly or installation. Most of the assembly was straight forward but the self taping screws intended to hold the six pickets did not work so I drilled out the holes in the pickets. Also, the distance between the posts is critical to the install but it's hard to notice (39") in the drawings. I spent a lot of time trying to figure it out. Finally, the weakest design issue is the use of two piece posts. The gate will have movement due to the posts. If you torque the bolts holding the two post parts, you may almost get the movement to stop but it is not a good design.

My sister bought a gate from Home Depot and it was delivered with a defective post. After contacting both Home Depot and Aleko products several times including sleepy sounding salesmen and sending photographs we finally got some answers. Jessica K was the only one who did not give us the run around. She worked on the problem and got the problem solved. She deserves a raise at minimum or better yet replace one of your " supervisors " with Jessica K who seems to be the one accomplishing her goals.
