“Just opened box. All looks good, but time will tell.”

“Just got it up and looks great. Instructions leave something to be desired but fairly intuitive to figure out. The box had a BIG hole in it, in fact a bag of hardware fell out when I moved it, But everything was there! Looks durable and happy with it especially for the price.”

“Receive the product and part of the tubing is bent. Had to straighten the tubing out in order to get the pieces put together. Also some of the plastic pieces look like they're broken like the bushing around the chef that goes into the spring. Was able to install the product but not sure how long it will last with the broken parts. The tubing had marks on the side of it where it look like it would have been hit with something prior to being put in the boxes. The instructions are Shawty there needs to be someone proof proof reading the instruction booklet because there's words misspelled, there's improper English, it's real hard to understand what they want you to understand. We were able to get it put together and put up I hope that it lasts.”

“The awning is great the only issue was I bought a 20' which comes in three sections. The instructions weren't real clear on when to place the blocker and extension arm connector in the center section. after the sections are connected these two items won't clear the connection screws. Just a small hiccup other than that it was easy to put together. Great time with my oldest Grandson.”

“Thank you unfortunately it was not possible to solve the issue of shipping and you made the refund to my credit card, but my bank did not repay the same money and I had a loss of approximately 45 dollars, despite having recognized that the error was mine By not correctly relating the bank's billing address, I repeat the bank confirmed the purchase, with you I cross emails with the correct address, I understand them but still lost money for nothing. HOWEVER I am still interested in buying the boat BTF320HU-AP PRO Fishing Inflatable Boat with Aluminum Floor - Front Board Holders - 10.5 ft - Hunter Style. For what I would appreciate to manage the BONUS offered of 5% discount for that purchase. I wait for the coupon number to make the purchase again. Best regard Bernardo Camacho”

Only two cords ,not three and was not the right size. Made a trip to lowe's and solved it and I would buy again from them even with this hassel.”
