Bad could not track my order requested a refund haven’t got or the product had not been delivered to me so I’ve put it down to a very bad e patience

Poor quality. Ordered an Led skirt and it worked for 2 mins before stopping and never worked again.

Despite website and purchase note saying it will ship within 2 days, I wait weeks and get no notification that it's been shipped. Then I follow up and get a poor response to my follow up. I have to follow up on my follow up because 4 days later I've not heard back from All4kids. Then after following up again I finally get advised that it's been shipped (20 days later) No apology, no reason why. Poor customer service.

Product is fine! But paid for courier delivery and they sent it express post via Auspost and it took over 2 weeks to arrive.

Terrible company. Ordered in November still waiting for my order. Advertised that they had stock & this was untrue. Incorrect email recieced saying order was dispatched but it still hasn’t arrived at the company. Very poor communication from admin & they don’t answer their phone. Very unhappy customer.

We purchased a floor rug for my sons first bedroom. While it is very soft to feel the images are pathetic! Nothing like they are depicted in the advertisement.

I ordered a hat and got the wrong colour and I sent an email to let you know and to see if I could get the one I ordered but never heard anything back. I was a little unhappy with the service

Received a faulty item and no one will reply to my email. It is Against Australian law not to replace a faulty item. I will never purchase from All 4 Kids again! I have never had to leave negative feedback before.

The delivery is fast enough but lacking of parts, no manual documents and no power supply. Have emailed the sales team but no response. I'm not happy

Never received order. I had to contact them after a month to follow it up. Got no apology at all, was just given 2 options: refund or chose a different item (what I had ordered was no longer in stock) and the parcel was 'missing'. Shocking customer service.

We purchased a green buggy for our kids for Christmas, it worked for 2 weeks. Then stopped charging, we purchased a new charger as we thought it may have been faulty, turns out the vehicle battery is at fault. The all 4 kids won’t help resolve the issue, cover any costs or reply to any emails or phone calls in a timely matter. Very disappointing, all we want is for the vehicle to be working for our 2 little kids to enjoy.
